Diluted solution containing Anti-aging agent for stretchy cord and methods for manufacturing stretchy cord

Abstract

The invention addresses the problem of creating a diluent containing a treatment agent for stretched twisted braid fibers that adheres to the stretched fibers with high efficiency while preventing energy consumption reduction. This diluent contains a treatment agent for stretched twisted braid fibers, including a volatile diluent and a surfactant-containing treatment agent for stretched twisted braid fibers. This diluent does not contain 5% or more by mass of each of the following substances: aluminum hydroxide, polyethylene phenylamine, and polyurethane resin in the stretchable twisted fiber treatment. If the total content of the stretchable twisted fiber treatment and volatile diluent in the diluent is assumed to be 100% by mass, then the content of the stretchable twisted fiber treatment shall not be less than 30% by mass and less than 94% by mass, and the content of the volatile diluent shall not be more than 6% by mass and not more than 70% by mass. The invention also proposes a method for producing twisted braided stretched yarn.
