Abstract

The term "integrated component" refers to semiconductor devices, integrated components, and methods for fabricating integrated components. An integrated component consists of a substrate, a primary transistor resting on the substrate, where the primary transistor includes a gate terminal. The integrated component consists of a primary gate terminal connected to the gate terminal of the primary transistor, where the primary gate terminal is configured to be interfaced with the integrated component's junction. The integrated component includes a second gate contact coupled to the gate terminal, where the second gate contact is electrically coupled directly to the gate lead.
