The osmotic solution prepared according to this method contains a volatile organic solvent as an essential component and contains at least one selected ingredient from the group including hydrofluoroolefin, hydrofluoroketone, and perfluoroketone as a volatile organic solvent. The color development preparation prepared according to this method contains powder and a volatile organic solvent as essential components, and contains at least one selected ingredient from the group including hydrofluoroolefin, hydrofluoroketone, and perfluoroketone as a volatile organic solvent.
