Abstract

The invention relates to a method of encoding performed by a decoding device, decoder, decoder, and computer-readable means. This method includes the following steps: receiving the bit stream; obtaining from the bit stream the first brightness bit depth value of the current image's brightness colors; and performing filtering after reconstructing the Hadamard Traceform Domain Filtering (HTDF) for the current image block using a lookup table (LUT) based on the first brightness bit depth value obtained, the corresponding decoder, and the decoder.
