Abstract

The invention relates to a keyboard (40) and an electronic device (100) which can solve a known technical problem in which input can be faulty when the angle of a key of large range is pressed, which affects input efficiency. According to the keyboard proposed in the design of the invention, the distance between the second key and the base (41) is increased by arranging grooves for the second key in the base. Furthermore, in cases where the distances between the first electrical contacts of the keys and their corresponding second electrical contacts are appropriate, the groove depth is designed to be greater than the maximum deformation deviation of the second key, so that even if the corner end of the second key is bent and deformed under the action of force, the minimum distance between the second key and the base can still be greater than the distance between the first electrical contact of the second key and its corresponding second electrical contact. Before the second key is further concealed and touches the bottom of the groove, the contacts are engaged to allow the second key to successfully perform input, thereby reducing the impact of inactive input on input efficiency.
