Abstract

The invention relates to a system for producing carbonated cement paste capable of efficiently fixing carbon dioxide in cement paste in larger quantities. Carbonated cement paste production system (1) to produce carbonated cement paste is formed by carbonizing 110 cement containing cement and water with carbon dioxide gas, in which the carbonized cement paste production system includes: carbonation equipment (2) to bring cement paste (15) into contact with carbon dioxide gas; and the carbon dioxide-containing gas supply device (3) to supply carbon dioxide-containing gas to the carbonation device (2) at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure, in which the carbonation device (2) includes the carbonation tank (4) to store the cement paste {15} and carbon dioxide-containing gas so that the gas phase formed from carbon dioxide-containing gas is above the liquid phase of the cement paste.
