Abstract

The invention relates to an aluminum core consisting of a first cylinder (1) for containing the conductor (7) of the aluminum wire (5), a second cylinder (2) for contacting the insulation (6) of the aluminum wire (5), and a third cylinder (3) for containing the aluminum wire (5). The first cylinder (1) is connected to the top of the second cylinder (2), and the third cylinder (3) is connected to the bottom of the second cylinder (2). The inner diameter of the second cylindrical tube bottom (2) is greater than the inner diameter of the second cylindrical tube top (2), the inner diameter of the first cylindrical tube (l) is equal to the inner diameter of the second cylindrical tube top (2), and the inner diameter of the third cylindrical tube (3) is equal to the inner diameter of the second cylindrical tube bottom (2). The second test tube (2) will not only reduce the stress between the insulation layer and the aluminum end, to reduce the possibility of cracking or causing the aluminum end due to excessive stress concentration during aluminum wire bending, but also prevent the insulation layer from pressing into the conductor.
