Abstract
The term refers to a segmented precast concrete tower assembled dry with prestressed bolts without mortar, comprising a steel top tower, a self-balancing steel-concrete transition section, and a segmented precast concrete tower assembled dry with prestressed bolts with a quick-drying, mortarless joint and a gear-reinforced wind turbine foundation; The steel tower tubes, steel-concrete transition sections, steel-concrete tower tubes, and hollow wind turbine foundations are integrated from top to bottom via a system of prestressed steel cables to improve the overall bending resistance of the tower; the upper end of the prestressed steel cable is anchored to the steel-concrete transition section, and the lower end is anchored to the underside of the wind turbine base. The precast concrete tower consists of several precast concrete tower segments, joined without mortar along the length and using locating pins for precise positioning. The precast concrete tower segment is formed by several precast concrete arch sections with mortar-free joints along the circumference. The segments are joined together as a whole using prestressed bolts and then installed offset from top to bottom to enhance shear strength.
