Abstract

In general, the invention relates to wireless communication technology. More specifically, the invention relates to methods and devices for controlling the quality of service (QoS) of a sublink (SL). According to one or more implementation schemes, the method for controlling the quality of service (QoS) of a sublink (SL) includes the following steps performed at the user equipment (UE): a) generating QoS requirements from characteristics for one or more packets to be transmitted over the sublink; b) determining the carrier configuration corresponding to the QoS requirements; and c) performing SL transmission based on the carrier configuration. In addition, the invention also relates to a user device with the function of controlling the quality of service of the auxiliary link, and a computer-readable storage medium.
