Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) preparations, methods of preparation, and plastic preparations

Abstract

The invention proposes a poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT resin), and a method for preparing it and the resin. The PBAT resin consists of PBAT resin and a cyclopentane-kenylene conjugated compound, such that the mass content of this cyclopentane-kenylene conjugated compound in the PBAT resin is 0.05-100 ppm. PBAT resin products have low color value and excellent color stability, while also possessing relatively high molecular weight and good mechanical properties; and PBAT resin products have excellent color intensity and can fully meet the requirements for machine molding such as film blowing, low moisture content and better transparency after film blowing, and the appearance and mechanical properties of the product are comprehensively improved. Plastic products containing PBAT resin have excellent mechanical and physical properties and can fully meet the requirements for various film bag products.
