Abstract

The article discusses methods for predicting the in-frame, the encoder, and the mSL decoder. This method includes: when the current block reaches its peak, using the SAWP method, the predicted in-frame value of the current block is determined, and the method for inferring the weight matrix of the current block is also determined; Using the weight matrix inference method, determine the first and second in-frame prediction methods for the current block, and determine the weight matrix of the current block using the weight matrix inference method; and determine the predicted value of the current block based on the first in-frame prediction method, the second in-frame prediction method, and the weight matrix. Another method includes: when determining the current block's predicted value using the SAWP method, determine the list of methods for the current block based on the first and second predicted methods of the current block; and determine the predicted value of the current block based on the first and second predicted methods.
