Methods of manufacturing golf mats and golf panels

Abstract

The invention proposes a method for manufacturing ribbed carpets, including a pre-shaping pre-impregnating step for the carpet with cotton batting. This pre-shaping process includes the following steps: creating a non-slip base layer; attaching an elastic fiber layer on top of the non-slip base layer; attaching an artificial turf layer on top of the elastic fiber layer. The method of producing golf mats according to this invention creates a non-slip base layer at the bottom, followed by attaching the elastic fiber layer and the artificial turf layer in order from bottom to top to complete the golf mat. The production line is easy to operate, improves efficiency, and therefore reduces costs. Additionally, the invention also suggests that golf mats be manufactured using a bouncing method.
