Wireless communication methods and devices at network nodes

Abstract

The invention relates to methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication. A transmitter capable of identifying a set of one or more packets to broadcast to a set of one or more user equipment (UEs) and transmitting a set of one or more network-encoded packets based on a set of one or more packets. Each UE can re-broadcast one or more successfully received network-encoded packets over the sub-link communication. Each UE can report to the originating transmitter via feedback indicating that one or more packets were successfully received at the UE. The transmitter can generate a set of one or more updated network-encoded packets based on feedback from the UEs. The transmitter can continue to update and transmit the updated set of network-encoded packets based on feedback until the transmitter determines that each UE has recovered a set of one or more packets.
