Abstract
This invention relates to high-density bonded rare earth permanent magnets and a method for their preparation, in the field of permanent magnet engineering. The raw materials for rare earth permanent magnets are calculated by weight percentage and include: thermosetting resin, lubricant, bonding additives, and the remainder is rare earth permanent magnet powder. The preparation solution involves: mixing the crystallized rare earth permanent magnet powder with an organic solution containing dissolved thermosetting resin to obtain a magnetic powder complex; Mix the aforementioned magnetic powder complex with lubricant, fill into the mold, under a pressing force of 12-50 τ / cmr, with a holding time of 0.3-10 seconds, and press to form the desired shape. After removing the mold, a cold workpiece is obtained. Place the cold workpiece at a temperature of 120-200°C to obtain a hot workpiece, ready for assembly. This type of bonded rare earth permanent magnet effectively shortens the distance of the fine powder in the bonded magnet, and effectively increases the magnetization effect and interaction force after magnetization of the fine powder, significantly enhancing the lifting capacity of bonded rare earth permanent magnets, thereby effectively increasing the utilization rate of bonded rare earth permanent magnets.
