Communication equipment and methods for (re-selecting) mode 2 resources for a limited package budget delay scenario

Abstract

In the morning, we will discuss communication devices and communication methods to select (again) mode 2 resources for the limited package budget delay scenario. Communication devices include: a circuit which, when operating, adjusts the ratio of candidate resources based on a time interval and identifies multiple candidate resources based on the adjusted ratio of candidate resources; and a transmitter which, when operating, transmits the transmission block using the selected resource from multiple candidate resources.
