Real random number generator

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for generating real random numbers, with a self-contained Boolean network oscillating digital chaotic oscillations as the entropy source. The digital chaotic oscillator self-contained Boolean network proposed in this invention consists of three interconnected logic elements, two of which are "exclusive OR" and / or "exclusive NOR" gates with two inputs, and a third logic element with three inputs and one output, and an implementation of the "take bits one" logic function in which its output signal is set to a logic one value if a logic one value is present at no more than one of its inputs. Conversely, its output signal is set to a logic value of zero. The resulting technical outcome is an increase in the speed of generating real random numbers while reducing energy consumption.
