The design refers to a floor drain device for draining water and wastewater from the washing machine to the drain port, including: a cover containing multiple drainage holes and receiving wastewater from the washing machine; which includes a first hollow cylindrical pipe and a second hollow cylindrical pipe; an inlet water intake module connected to and (in the cover section), which includes a support frame creating space to hold and support the cover section above, and a third hollow cylindrical pipe connected to and located below the support frame; The drainage module is connected to the water intake module to form water-holding chambers with a predetermined height, so that if the amount of water draining exceeds the predetermined height, it will overflow into the drain pipe.
