Filling nozzle for film bags

Abstract

The invention relates to a filling nozzle for film bags, comprising a filling tube, wherein the wall of the filling tube is designed as a filling mouth at the first end region and the wall of the tube at the second end region is surrounded by a sealing area. The sealing area has two sealing arms which extend in opposite directions perpendicular to the axis of the filling tube to the ends of the sealing arms, namely extending out of the tube wall at the second end region. Each sealing arm has several ribs which are connected to the tube wall and spaced apart in the direction of the tube axis. The first weldment has a first outermost region extending between the pipe wall and the torch head, and the second weldment has a second outermost region extending between the pipe wall and the torch head. The first and second outermost regions from the first and second weldment converge towards the torch head, where a single gap is created at each torch between two adjacent weldments, and each gap is open on either weldment side and closed on the blunt side by the weld surface.
