Gas separation method

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for separating gases that is capable of separating and supplying suitable gases from a source gas to the environment in a variety of gas-using devices by means of pressure-converted adsorption. The method includes a target gas component adsorption process in which the source gas is introduced into an adsorption vessel containing an adsorption bottle and the target gas component is adsorbed onto the adsorbent; a target gas component desorption process in which the target gas component is desorbed to release the desorbed gas containing the adsorbed target gas component; and a desorbed gas supply process in which the desorbed gas is supplied to two or more different gas-using devices. The target gas desorption process involves a conversion process between the desorbed gas-using equipment and the supply of desorbed gas in the desorbed gas supply process between the gas-using equipment.
