Foldable devices and methods for manufacturing them

Abstract

The foldable grass device consists of a foldable compression plate that can be folded around an axis, and the base thickness is defined between the first and second main surfaces. The foldable grass base includes a central section positioned between the first and second sections. The first section has a base thickness. The central section has a smaller central thickness than the base thickness. In some designs, the width of the central section is approximately 45 millimeters or less. The manufacturing process for foldable devices involves creating a concave surface on the foldable base. Some methods include chemical reinforcement of the foldable base.
