Production process of animal feed for broiler chickens to improve chicken meat quality

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing feed for broiler chickens to improve chicken meat quality. By supplementing sacha inchi oil (Plukenetỉa volubilis L.) with a herbal mixture including powder of Bidens pilosa L., powder of cinnamon branches and leaves (Cinnamomum cassìa Presl), and powder of Angelica sinensis root, mixed in a ratio of 3 / 1 / 1 (by weight) with the feed ingredients, it provides energy for chickens. The process for producing broiler chicken feed according to the invention allows for the production of feed suitable for broiler chickens that increases the omega content, especially omega-3, in the finished chicken meat. The herbal ingredients help reduce farm odor and improve the quality of the resulting chicken meat.
