Abstract
In certain respects, a voltage regulator consists of a transistor coupled between the input and output of the voltage regulator, and an amplifier whose first input is coupled to a reference voltage, whose second input is coupled to the output of the voltage regulator via feedback, and whose output. The voltage regulator also includes a voltage booster coupled between the output of the amplifier and the gate terminal of the transistor. In certain respects, the voltage regulator includes a first capacitor and a second capacitor for charging the dual charge. In certain respects, the control circuit of the voltage regulator is coupled to a voltage source independent of the amplifier's output voltage. Furthermore, the chip and operating method of the voltage regulator are also considered.
