Abstract

The design addresses the methods, equipment, and communication systems; and the computer recording device is designed to specify the type of subframe, so that the inactive subframes are used as much as possible to increase the maximum speed of the end-user device. The method includes the following steps: obtaining downlink control information * determining the first delay based on the downlink control information, and obtaining data on the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCII) based on the first delay. The downlink control information indicates the first delay. The first delay comprises five or six subframes, and the first delay includes subframe type 1 or subframe type 2. Subframe type 1 consists of the following subframes in sequence: a bandwidth-enhanced low complexity-coverage enhancement (BL / CE) downlink subframe, a first subframe, X uplink BL / CE subframes, a second subframe, and a first downlink BL / CE subframe. The first downlink BL / CE subframe is used to receive PDSCIĨ initiated by the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). Subframe type 2 consists of the following subframes in sequence: a first subframe, X uplink BL / CE subframes, a second subframe, the first downlink BL / CE subframe, and a second downlink BL / CE subframe. The second downlink BL / CE subframe is used to receive PDSCH.
