Abstract

The invention refers to a power supply system for an electric vehicle ecosystem, including: battery packs, each assigned a unique battery pack identifier; a battery station comprising battery pack storage compartments and / or battery pack charging terminals; a server system; and a user interface accessible on the battery station screen or the screen of a user's electronic device connected to the server system. The user interface allows users to perform battery swapping, charging, battery rental, or battery selling services at the battery station. Battery swapping can involve purchasing energy to exchange a battery pack with lower remaining capacity for a pack with higher remaining capacity, or selling energy to exchange a battery pack with higher remaining capacity for a pack with lower remaining capacity. The dual-battery service at the aforementioned battery station can only be performed when the server system verifies the unique user identifier and the unique battery pack identifier that matches the transaction history associated with the battery pack.
