The multi-level backup method ensures integrity in the renewal of billing services in the virtualized environment of the telecommunications billing system, guaranteeing correct and complete renewal for users when the system experiences unforeseen problems. This includes the following steps: Step 1: Read job configuration information from the configuration storage database and store it in the structure for processing; Step 2: Query job status information from the centralized database and find the job that satisfies the execution conditions. Step 3: Register the task in the centralized database; Step 4: Execute the task and update the task execution status in the centralized database; Step 5: Process the renewal if at least one renewal application remains active on the domain; Step 6: Process the renewal if no renewal applications remain active on the domain; Step 7: Submit a task closure request to the centralized database.
