Wave splitter with Cosic waveform splitting ratio

Abstract

The invention relates to a waveguide splitter with a cosine beamforming ratio, applicable to various frequency bands such as s, c, X, Ka, Ku... and applicable to T-shaped waveguide splitters that split power in the E-plane and H-plane. The principle of the splitter is to use a three-stage baffle structure inside the waveguide to adjust the amplitude or transmission coefficient of the splitter. To accommodate large phase splitting ratios, the splitter incorporates both input gate adjustment and a stepped structure offset at the right-angle bends. Additionally, the stepped structure combined with rounded edges at the right-angle bends improves the splitter's standing wave ratio.
