Abstract

The various aspects of the invention generally relate to wireless communication, specifically user equipment (UE), base stations, and wireless communication methods. According to some aspects, the user device (UE) can receive, from the first base station before entering an inactive state, one or more quality of experience (QoE) profiles. The UE can perform, based at least in part on the transition from an inactive state to a connected state with the second base station, at least one operation for one or more QoE profiles. Many other aspects are also described.
