Abstract

The invention relates to a method, machine, and apparatus for detecting speech activity. The apparatus consists of memory configured to store commands and one or more processors configured to execute commands. One or more processors configured to execute commands to receive audio data consisting of first audio data corresponding to the first output of the first microphone and second audio data corresponding to the second output of the second microphone. One or more processors are also configured to execute instructions to provide audio data to the dynamic classifier. The dynamic classifier is configured to produce a classification output corresponding to the audio data. One or more processors are also configured to execute instructions to determine, based on the classification output, whether the audio data corresponds to the user's speech activity.
