Abstract

The invention proposes a type B cargo hold (1) with independent grade bulkheads arranged in the ship's structure. The support layer is arranged between the primary bulkhead (3) of the type B cargo hold (1) and the ship's hull (2); the support layer includes the upper support mechanism (5), the side support mechanism (6) and the longitudinal support mechanism (7). The secondary bulkhead (4) is arranged between the bottom of the type B cargo hold (1), the primary bulkhead (3) and the ship's hull (2). The shape of the secondary bulkhead (4) is similar to the outer perimeter structure of the bottom of the type B cargo hold (1), and the secondary bulkhead (4) is supported and attached by the longitudinal support mechanism (7). Type B cargo holds have independent bulkheads designed to handle liquid spills at varying levels and prevent further damage or loss to the ship's structure.
