Shoe molds and methods of shoe mold production

Abstract

The patent refers to the shoe mold and the method of producing shoe molds. The shoe mold (1) that is applied to automated shoe manufacturing processes is made of metal and includes the shoe mold body (11) and the clamping foot (12) which are made in one piece with the shoe mold body (11). The shoe mold body (11) includes the mold part (111) with a wide cavity (110) and a solid ankle sole (112). By using a monolithic molding technique, not only is assembly and processing time significantly reduced, but precise positioning can also be achieved through automated production processes. Shoe molds are produced lightweight and at a low cost.
