Partially Coated Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) Processing Method

Abstract

The Ultra Thin Class UTG processing method is partially coated, consisting of the following steps: step (S1) is the coating step by coating the entire front surface of the original ultra-thin glass (1) with a coating solution to prevent chemical contact and then drying this coating solution; step (S2) is the partial coating step (2) on the back surface of the original ultra-thin glass 1 to match the shape of the cut-cell ultra-thin glass (3) cut from the original ultra-thin glass (1); and step (S3) is the step of projecting a laser beam onto the back of the original ultrathin glass (1) to cut the coating film formed on the front of the original ultrathin glass (1) and cut the original ultrathin glass (1), and projecting a laser beam along the cut line (6) formed in the shape of the cut ultrathin cell (3) at a predetermined distance from the outer edge of the partial coating film (2) to cut and separate the cut ultrathin cell (3) from the original ultrathin glass (1),
