Stable liquid pharmaceutical preparations containing antibodies

Abstract

The invention proposes a stable pharmaceutical preparation containing a human antibody that specifically binds to the Eboia virus (EBOV). According to several design schemes, this preparation contains, in addition to the anti-EBOV antibody, a buffer, an amino acid, a non-ionic surfactant, and a stabilizer. The pharmaceutical preparations according to the invention demonstrate considerable stability of the antibody when stressed, e.g., agitated during transport and storage, e.g., stored at temperatures greater than 40°C.
