The study refers to compounds with structural formula (I) in which the variables are as shown in the description, and their pharmaceutical salts, which are inhibitors of NAvl.8 channel activity and may be useful in the treatment, prevention, management, improvement, control and eradication of diseases mediated by NAvl.8 channel activity. The compounds with the given formulations may be useful in the treatment, prevention, or management of pain disorders, cough disorders, acute pruritus disorders, and chronic pruritus disorders. The patent also describes pharmaceuticals containing these compounds.
