Abstract

The invention relates to a communication relay device and a computer program storage medium that enables the enhancement of communication quality at mobile stations. The communication relay device, according to the scheme, includes an antenna, a signal strength detector, a first seeker, and a second seeker. The antenna creates a radio beam in an arbitrary direction. The signal strength detector detects the signal strength received by the antenna. The first seeker changes the direction of the beam generated by the antenna within the first range and detects the direction in which the mobile station is positioned based on the signal strength detected by the signal strength detector. The second seeker changes the direction of the beam generated by the antenna within a second, narrower range than the first, and detects the direction in which the mobile station is positioned based on the signal strength detected by the signal strength detector.
