Abstract

This invention relates to a display panel and electronic devices comprising such a display panel. The circuit layer of the display panel comprises at least one primary transistor and a secondary transistor. The first transistor consists of a first oxide semiconductor sample, a curved electrode, the first electrode in contact with one side of the first oxide semiconductor sample, the second electrode in contact with the other side of the first oxide semiconductor sample, and a first-to-first metal sample arranged on top to counteract the first oxide semiconductor sample. The second transistor consists of a second oxide semiconductor sample, a curved electrode, the first electrode in contact with one side of the second oxide semiconductor sample. The second test electrode is in contact with the other side of the second oxide semiconductor sample, the first-second metal sample is placed on a substrate stacked with the second oxide semiconductor sample, and the second metal sample is positioned between the second oxide semiconductor sample and the first-second metal sample.
