The steps are as follows: Step 1: Read configuration information managing the status of database clusters storing subscriber information from the centralized database and store it in the data structure for processing; Step 2: Receive and analyze system alerts from the management and dispatch technology platform (MANO). Step 3: Identify the alternative database cluster; Step 4: Update the cluster information in the database and notify all applications in the system.
