Abstract

The invention relates to a modified dehydrogenated glutamate (GluDH). Specifically, the GluDH modified according to the invention has enhanced catalytic activity for the reaction of 4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)-2-oxobutanol (PPO) and an amino donor for the production of L-glucosinate and / or improved kinetic properties.
