Abstract

The proposed solutions address communication methods and communication devices and computer-readable storage media for managing spatial interface resources via a common RRC connection of different networks in a multi-SIM multi-standby terminal, implementing simultaneous service of the multi-SIM multi-standby terminal, and improving communication efficiency. According to the method, after establishing an RRC connection for communication between the first network and the terminal device, the access network device receives the RRC connection from the terminal device to communicate between the first network and the terminal device, sending a registration request message to the second network, and sending the registration request message to the corresponding core network device in the second network. After the access network device receives the registration response message from the core network device, the access network device sends a registration response message to the end device, completing the process in which the end device registers with the second network.
