Abstract

Various aspects of the invention relate generally to wireless communication, and more specifically to wireless communication devices and methods. In some respects, the user equipment (UE) can determine the time allowed for measuring a reference signal. The UE can measure, for secondary cell activation procedures, the reference signal based at least in part on determining the time allowed for measuring the reference signal. Several other aspects are also proposed.
