Abstract

The light source refers to the display device. The display device consists of a first pixel and a second pixel. The light-emitting component and pixel circuit of the second pixel are located in the second region. The first pixel includes a silicon transistor and an oxide transistor located in the second region. The first pixel includes a junction for electrically connecting one of the silicon transistors and the oxide transistor to the light-emitting component located in the first region. The junction is located on the same layer as the oxide semiconductor and includes a transparent conductive oxide.
