STRUCTURE OF THE VEHICLE'S SOFT BRAKE TUBES

Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted flexible brake hose assembly consisting of a handlebar, shock absorber, brake pump, brake control unit, brake caliper, and head tube. The brake pump is mounted fixed on the handlebar. The brake control unit is mounted fixed on the head tube. The brake caliper is mounted fixed on the shock absorber. The head tube has its two ends connected to the handlebar and shock absorber, respectively. The flexible brake hoses consist of an upper flexible brake hose and a lower flexible brake hose. The upper flexible brake hose consists of a first end, a second end, and a hose body connected to the first and second ends. The first end is connected to the brake pump, and this hose body passes through one side of the brake control unit and goes down below the brake control unit, and then this hose body wraps around from the other side of the brake control unit and goes up and above the brake control unit. Additionally, the second end is connected to the brake control unit located above the brake control unit.Additionally, the soft brake cable has two ends that are connected to the brake control unit and the brake caliper, respectively.
