Abstract

The invention relates to methods for predicting interframes, encoders, decoders, and computer-readable storage media. A method is applied to a decoder and includes: separating a line of code to obtain the prediction method parameter of the current block; when the prediction method parameter indicates a pre-set interframe prediction method used to determine the prediction value of the current block, determine at least one reserve position of the current block, such that the reserve positions include at least the bottom right position inside the current block and the bottom right position outside the current block; on the basis of at least one reserve position, determine at least one part of the time-domain motion information of the current block; on the basis of at least one part of the time-domain motion information, establish a new motion information reserve list; and according to the new motion information reserve list. Determine the predicted inter-frame value of the current block.
