Abstract

Organic light-emitting displays (ANEs) are revealed that utilize hybrid thin-film transistors. ANEss incorporates a conductive pattern with higher corrosion resistance than inorganic thin films in the upper edge of the semiconductor pattern, thus potentially simplifying the manufacturing process of the substrate on which the array of hybrid thin-film transistors, consisting of multiple layers, is arranged, and improving the performance of thin-film transistors created on array substrates. ANEss can display a wide range of grayscale images at low grayscale levels, such as those using a modulated thin-film transistor incorporating an oxide semiconductor pattern designed to have an increased s-factor value.
