Abstract

The invention proposes an inductive control structure comprising at least one inductive control functional layer assembly and at least one protective liner. At least one inductive functional layer assembly consists of an organic layer and a conductive layer stacked in sequence. At least one protective liner is arranged one-to-one with at least one inductive functional layer assembly, and the protective liner lies between the conductive layer and the organic layer of the corresponding inductive functional layer assembly. The orthogonal projection of the protective liner onto the overlapping organic layer overlaps at least partially with the orthogonal projection of the conductive layer onto the organic layer. A display substrate, display device, and fabrication method for the inductive control structure are also proposed.
