The aspects relating to the light-path control device include a base; a viewing angle control element comprising patterned light-blocking patterns on the base at regular intervals; and a lens assembly which is formed on the viewing angle control element and comprises multiple lenses, in which the patterned light-blocking elements consist of electrochromic elements for performing either light-blocking or light-transmitting modes; and to the display device comprising the light-path control device.
