SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TESTING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS

Abstract

The invention provides a system and method for testing printed circuit boards. The printed circuit board testing system comprises an automatic optical circuit measuring device and a circuit characteristic verification device. The automatic optical circuit measuring device collects circuit dimension information of the printed circuit board by capturing images of the circuit board's circuit. The circuit characteristic verification device is connected to the automatic optical circuit measuring device to collect circuit dimension information. The circuit characteristic verification device collects the electrical characteristic information of the printed circuit board based on the circuit reference characteristic information of the test sheet and the circuit dimension information of the printed circuit board.
