Description

Logistics management device, control method and control program for logistics management device

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of logistics, and more particularly to a logistics management device, a control method for a logistics management device, and a control program.

[0002] In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce and logistics has placed greater demands on logistics efficiency and warehouse management. Warehouse location and inventory levels are extremely important for businesses that need to distribute goods. Unreasonable warehouse locations and inventory levels can significantly reduce supply chain operational efficiency, affect business revenue, and result in unnecessary losses.

[0003] Currently, some companies have their own warehouses where they stock goods, which increases production costs. Furthermore, various goods are often stacked, requiring cumbersome handling and replacement procedures, resulting in extremely poor work efficiency. In the logistics field, the current warehouse location selection and supply method involves dividing supply areas, setting up warehouses in different supply areas, and storing goods in those warehouses to essentially cover the needs of users within those areas, thereby achieving logistics supply chain operations.

[0004] However, within the area covered by one or more warehouses, there are still areas close to the warehouse's central and peripheral regions. Existing supply methods cannot guarantee the supply speed of peripheral areas. Furthermore, user demand within an area is relatively complex, requiring warehouses to store many items. Furthermore, different items often have certain requirements for storage space and storage methods. This increases warehouse costs, and the accumulation of complex item types also increases warehouse safety risks. Therefore, the logistics field urgently needs to provide a logistics system and method that can reduce the risk of backlogs of goods and simultaneously improve supply efficiency.

[0005] The following Patent Document 1 discloses a storage management method for an intelligent warehouse. This storage management method is a method for managing materials required for product production, and includes an acquisition step of acquiring product production plan data and material safety factors, and a prediction step of predicting a predicted material usage amount based on the production plan data and the safety factors. Production data based on the production plan data and the predicted usage amount is then transmitted to an unmanned intelligent warehouse storage device. Furthermore, the production data stored in the unmanned intelligent warehouse storage device is updated in real time according to the usage status of the materials.

[0006] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-36308

[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a logistics management device, a control method for a logistics management device, and a control program that address the above-mentioned technical problems.

[0008] One aspect of the present invention is a logistics management device that manages a logistics system that uses a first storage facility that stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the items, a second storage facility that stores a second type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities, and a third storage facility that stores a third type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities to which each of the multiple second storage facilities corresponds, and is equipped with an acquisition means that acquires the frequency of use of the items by each user, and a classification means that, based on the frequency of use of multiple users belonging to a transport target area set for the third storage facility, classifies the items corresponding to the first frequency of use as the first type of item, classifies the items corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use as the second type of item, and classifies the items corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use as the third type of item.

[0009] Another aspect of the present invention is a control method for a logistics management device that manages a logistics system using a first storage facility that stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the item, a second storage facility that stores a second type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities, and a third storage facility that stores a third type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities to which each of the multiple second storage facilities corresponds, wherein the method obtains the frequency of use of the items by each user, and based on the frequency of use of multiple users belonging to a transport target area set for the third storage facility, classifies the items corresponding to the first frequency of use as the first type of item, classifies the items corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use as the second type of item, and classifies the items corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use as the third type of item.

[0010] Yet another aspect of the present invention is a control program for a logistics management device that manages a logistics system using a first storage facility that stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the items, a second storage facility that stores a second type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities, and a third storage facility that stores a third type of item to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities to which each of the multiple second storage facilities corresponds, wherein the processor of the logistics management device functions as an acquisition means that acquires the frequency of use of the items by each user, and a classification means that, based on the frequency of use of multiple users belonging to a transport target area set for the third storage facility, classifies the items corresponding to a first frequency of use as the first type of item, classifies the items corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use as the second type of item, and classifies the items corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use as the third type of item.

[0011] According to the present invention, by storing items classified in order of frequency of use in multiple storage locations and supplying them to users across multiple storage locations, the problem of infrequently used items being backlogged and supply efficiency being poor, which has been a problem with the prior art, can be solved.

[0013] Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below. Note that the following embodiments are intended to help those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Furthermore, those skilled in the art may make changes or improvements to the embodiments without departing from the concept of the present invention. Any changes or improvements to the embodiments fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0014] In the field of logistics, current purchasing methods divide purchasing areas and establish warehouses for different purchasing areas. The goods stored in these warehouses can basically meet the needs of users within these purchasing areas. This realizes the operation of the logistics supply chain. Within the purchasing area covered by one or more warehouses, there is an area centered on the warehouse and peripheral areas near the edge of the purchasing area. Therefore, the traditional purchasing method cannot guarantee the purchasing speed of the peripheral areas.

[0015] Furthermore, the user needs within a single purchasing area are relatively complex, requiring the warehouse to store a large number of items. The risk of infrequently used items accumulating in the warehouse is relatively high. Furthermore, the relatively large number of types of items in the warehouse can lead to problems such as insufficient stock or insufficient stock. In addition, different items often have specific requirements for storage space and storage methods. This increases warehouse costs, and the accumulation of complex types of items also increases the safety risks of the warehouse.

[0016] In this embodiment, a logistics system 100 is provided. FIG. 1 is a distribution diagram of each storage facility of the logistics system 100 provided in this embodiment. Referring to FIG. 1, the logistics system 100 includes a first storage facility 1, a second storage facility 2, and a third storage facility 3. In the following description, the transportation of goods to a user using the first storage facility 1 includes various modes. For example, goods may be transported to the location of a user to which multiple users who use the goods belong, such as the location of a corporate user. In this case, the corporate user is the user using the first storage facility 1. Goods may also be transported to the location of a factory user belonging to the corporate user. In this case, the factory user is the user using the first storage facility 1. Furthermore, goods may be transported to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed, and the transported goods may be replenished in the first storage facility 1.

[0017] The first storage facility 1 stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the item. The first storage facility 1 is installed within or near the area where the user is located, and has a small storage space covering a small area. For example, if the user is in a factory, the first storage facility 1 is installed within or near the factory. As an example, the first storage facility 1 is a vending machine (hereinafter also referred to as a "vending machine") or an automatic locker from which the user retrieves the item themselves. The first storage facility 1 is a place where items are directly supplied to the user, and may be a box, storage shed, or small warehouse from which the user directly receives the item.

[0018] At least a portion of the space in the first storage facility 1 stores a first type of item corresponding to a first usage frequency. The first usage frequency is a relatively high usage frequency. For example, the space stores consumables such as gloves or masks. When a user urgently needs the first type of item, the user can directly obtain it from the first storage facility 1 located in or near the factory. This greatly improves the transportation efficiency of the first type of item.

[0019] The second storage facility 2 stores the second type of goods to be transported to users who use each of the multiple first storage facilities 1. That is, the second storage facility 2 stores the second type of goods to be transported to one or more users who use each of the first storage facilities 1. Specifically, the second storage facility 2 is a sub-warehouse, for example, a warehouse covering a medium-sized area or a warehouse with medium storage space. Then, multiple first storage facilities 1 are installed in the transportation target area covered by the multiple second storage facilities 2. Note that the second storage facility 2 may be a medium-sized storage device that automatically transports goods, or may be a manufacturer's factory or a distributor's warehouse. Multiple first storage facilities 1 are installed in the medium-sized area. As an example, the transportation distance between the second storage facility 2 and the user is a distance that can be transported within four hours.

[0020] At least a portion of the space of the second storage facility 2 stores a second type of item corresponding to a second usage frequency lower than the first usage frequency. The second usage frequency is a medium usage frequency. For example, the second type of item is an item that is urgently needed when a user demands it, but is used relatively less frequently than the first type of item, such as a wrench, a screwdriver, or a tape measure. By arranging such second type of item in the sub-warehouse, the distribution speed of the second type of item can be ensured and the transportation cost of the second type of item can be reduced.

[0021] The third storage facility 3 stores a third type of goods to be transported to a user using each of the multiple first storage facilities 1 corresponding to each of the multiple second storage facilities 2. That is, the third storage facility 3 stores a third type of goods to be transported to one or more users using each of the multiple first storage facilities 1. Specifically, the third storage facility 3 is a main warehouse, which is a warehouse covering a relatively large area or a warehouse with a large storage space. A plurality of second storage facilities 2 are provided in the transport target area covered by the third storage facility 3. Note that the third storage facility 3 may be a large storage device that automatically transports goods, or may be a manufacturer's factory or a distributor's warehouse. The coverage area covered by the third storage facility 3 includes all of the coverage areas covered by the multiple second storage facilities 2 corresponding to the third storage facility 3. In most cases, the transport distance between the third storage facility 3 and the user is longer than the distance between the second storage facility 2 and the user. This distance is used for relatively long-distance transport logistics, for example, a distance that can be transported within 24 hours.

[0022] The third storage facility 3 stores a third type of item corresponding to a third usage frequency that is lower than the second usage frequency. The third type of item is an item that is not usually needed urgently by a user and is used less frequently than the second type of item, such as ankle rings or couplings. However, the third type of item also includes items that are used less frequently depending on the type, such as items that are used frequently for some types but not for others. For example, bearings are used frequently overall but come in a wide variety. Therefore, the actual usage frequency of each specific type of bearing is not high, and users usually do not need to receive this item quickly. Therefore, such items can be stored in the third storage facility 3 as the third type of item.

[0023] The frequency of use of an item by a user is determined by the number of uses, consumptions, or purchases of the item over a certain period (for example, four weeks). A first group of items with a high frequency of use is supplied or sold at a first storage facility 1. A second group of items with a medium frequency of use is transported from a second storage facility 2 to users using the first storage facility 1. A third group of items with a low frequency of use is transported from a third storage facility 3 to users using the first storage facility 1.

[0024] The classification of items is optimized as appropriate based on the number of items used, consumed, or purchased. As an example, in the area covered by the second storage facility 2, items are classified into a first type of item in descending order of frequency of use, taking into account the storage capacity of the first storage facility 1, and stored in the first storage facility 1. This allows the items stored in the first storage facility 1 to be shared in the area covered by the second storage facility 2. Furthermore, in the area covered by the third storage facility 3, other items that are used at a medium frequency are classified into a second type of item and stored in the second storage facility 2. This allows the items stored in the second storage facility 2 to be shared in the area covered by the third storage facility 3. Then, the remaining items that are used less frequently are classified into a third type of item and stored in the third storage facility 3.

[0025] Furthermore, the classification criteria for the first, second, and third types of items may vary depending on the user. For example, for a user in a factory, items commonly used in processing, such as gloves or protective clothing, may be included in the first type of items. However, for a user in a design company, items such as gloves or protective clothing are not commonly used and are not included in the first type of items. On the other hand, some surveying tools or drafting tools are likely to be included in the first type of items for a user in a design company.

[0026] In this embodiment, the classification criteria for the first, second, and third types of goods may be determined by agreement between the goods supplier and the user. For example, a contract may be concluded between the user and the supplier, and the classification may be stored as data in the database of the logistics system 100. This allows for more customized services to be provided to the user. Also, the first, second, and third types of goods may include the same goods.

[0027] 2 is a schematic diagram of transportation routes and signal links for one first storage facility 1 in this embodiment. Referring to FIG. 2, the logistics system 100 provided by this embodiment further includes a server 4, which is an example of a logistics monitoring device, and an order placing device 5. The order placing device 5 can be used to receive orders from users, and may be a mobile device on which a client application is installed, or a terminal device installed at the first storage facility 1. Alternatively, the order placing device 5 may be an external device not included in the logistics system 100.

[0028] The method for receiving an order from a user may be a method in which the user places an order directly on a client application or terminal device, and the processed order information is sent to the server 4. Alternatively, the user may enter into a contract with a service provider for ordering goods, and the service provider sends the order information to the server 4. For example, the service provider inputs details of the goods the user wishes to order into the terminal device and creates an account for the user. Then, the service provider generates order information under the account for the user, and the order information obtained by the generation process is sent from the service provider's terminal device to the server 4.

[0029] Figure 3 is a system schematic diagram of a logistics system 100 for one first storage facility 1 in this embodiment. Referring to Figure 3, the server 4 in this embodiment has a memory 4a and a processor 4b. The memory 4a stores instructions or data for executing various processes in this embodiment. The instructions or data are then read by the processor 4b. The data includes a vending machine database DB.

[0030] The processor 4b has a transport command unit 41 as a logical device. The processor 4b functions as an acquisition means for acquiring the use frequency of each user's items and a classification means for classifying items into first, second, and third types of items. The processor 4b as a classification means executes a classification process for classifying items corresponding to a first use frequency as the first type of item based on the use frequencies of multiple users belonging to the transport target area set for the third storage facility 3. In the classification process, the processor 4b classifies items corresponding to a second use frequency lower than the first use frequency as the second type of item, and classifies items corresponding to a third use frequency lower than the second use frequency as the third type of item.

[0031] The processor 4b performs the classification process periodically (for example, quarterly). The processor 4b may also perform the classification process when a new user is set, when a new item is set, or when a first storage location, a second storage location, or a third storage location is newly set. The processor 4b may also perform the classification process in response to an operation by an administrator of the server 4 or a request from a user. The processor 4b may also perform the classification process when the consumption amount of the first type of item, the second type of item, or the third type of item reaches a predetermined amount. The processor 4b may also perform the classification process simultaneously for the first type of item, the second type of item, and the third type of item, or may perform the classification process for each item separately.

[0032] Furthermore, the processor 4b as a classification means classifies the articles into a first type of article, a second type of article, and a third type of article for each user. That is, the articles classified as the first type of article, the second type of article, and the third type of article may differ depending on the user. For example, gloves classified as the first type of article for a user in a factory may be classified as the third type of article for a user in a design company.

[0033] The first storage facility 1 stores a first type of item classified for each user. The second storage facility 2 stores all of the second type of items classified for each of the multiple users corresponding to the multiple first storage facilities 1 in the transportation target area covered by the second storage facility 2. The third storage facility 3 stores all of the third type of items classified for each of the multiple users corresponding to the multiple first storage facilities 1 in the transportation target area covered by the third storage facility 3. For example, the third storage facility 3 stores surveying tools classified as the third type of item for users in a factory and gloves classified as the third type of item for users in a design company.

[0034] As an example, the transport command unit 41 sends a transport command to a supplier of the first type of item based on information about the classified first type of item. For example, the transport command unit 41 issues an initial transport command to transport the first type of item for the first time to a user who uses the first storage facility 1. Then, the supplier transports the first type of item, and the first type of item is stored in the first storage facility 1.

[0035] The transport command unit 41 may also send a transport command for the second type of goods to a supplier of the second type of goods based on the information of the classified second type of goods. The supplier then transports the second type of goods, and the second type of goods are stored in the second storage facility 2. The transport command unit 41 may also send the information of the classified second type of goods and the transport command to an administrator or management system that manages the second storage facility 2. The administrator or management system then purchases the second type of goods based on the information of the second type of goods, and the second type of goods are stored in the second storage facility 2. The transport command unit 41 may also send the transport command to an administrator or management system that manages the second storage facility 2. The administrator or management system then acquires information about the second type of goods from a database (e.g., FIG. 6 ). The administrator or management system then purchases the second type of goods based on the acquired information, and the second type of goods are stored in the second storage facility 2.

[0036] The transport command unit 41 may also send a transport command for the third type of goods to a supplier of the third type of goods based on the information of the classified third type of goods. The supplier then transports the third type of goods, and the third type of goods are stored in the third storage facility 3. The transport command unit 41 may also send the information of the classified third type of goods and the transport command to an administrator or management system that manages the third storage facility 3. The administrator or management system then purchases the third type of goods based on the information of the third type of goods, and the third type of goods are stored in the third storage facility 3. The transport command unit 41 may also send the transport command to an administrator or management system that manages the third storage facility 3. The administrator or management system then acquires information about the third type of goods from a database (e.g., FIG. 6 ). The administrator or management system then purchases the third type of goods based on the acquired information, and the third type of goods are stored in the third storage facility 3.

[0037] The processor 4b as an acquisition means acquires order information from the ordering device 5 of the logistics system 100. Furthermore, the processor 4b acquires goods delivery information from the first storage facility 1.

[0038] Processor 4b also functions as a transport command means that, in response to acquiring order information, sends a first transport command to the second storage facility 2 or a second transport command to the third storage facility 3. Here, the first transport command includes information specifying a second type of item to be transported from the second storage facility 2 to a user using the first storage facility 1. Furthermore, the second transport command includes information specifying a third type of item to be transported from the third storage facility 3 to a user using the first storage facility 1. Furthermore, processor 4b, as a transport command means, sends the first transport command or the second transport command if it does not acquire subsequent order information associated with the first storage facility 1 within a certain period of time after acquiring the order information.

[0039] Furthermore, processor 4b, as a transportation command means, transmits a first transportation command or a second transportation command in response to receiving a transportation request. Processor 4b also adds items associated with the order information to a purchase list. Processor 4b then transmits the first transportation command or the second transportation command when the total price of the items added to the purchase list exceeds a preset price threshold. Processor 4b also predicts which items will belong to a first type of item within a certain period of time based on the current transaction records of first storage 1 or the current log information of a user corresponding to first storage 1. Processor 4b then classifies the first type of item based on the prediction result.

[0040] The processor 4b also functions as an update means for updating the item data upon receiving item delivery information from the first storage facility 1. The item data indicates the quantity of items stored in the first storage facility 1 and is stored in the memory 4a.

[0041] The memory 4a also stores a control program for the logistics management device. The processor 4b executes the control program for the logistics management device, causing the processor 4b to function as an acquisition means, a classification means, a transport command means, and an update means. As an example, the processor 4b includes a transport command unit 41. The transport command unit 41 functions as the transport command means.

[0042] The transport command unit 41 issues an initial transport command to transport the first type of item to the first storage facility 1 for the first time. The transport command unit 41 also issues a transport command to transport the first type of item to a user who uses the first storage facility 1. The server 4 is communicatively connected to the first storage facility 1 (e.g., a vending machine) and the ordering device 5. The transport command unit 41 can receive order information from the ordering device 5. The ordering device 5 can also receive order information from a user and transmit the order information to the transport command unit 41. The transport command unit 41 can then divide, calculate, distribute, or perform other appropriate processing of the order information based on the order information.

[0043] The orders that can be processed by the server 4 provided by this embodiment may be advance orders or temporary orders. By generating a reservation ticket, a user can reserve items that may be used for a certain period of time. After generating the reservation ticket, a transporter transports the specified type and quantity of items listed on the reservation ticket to a specified location at a specified time, and the transport is repeated periodically.

[0044] When a user has a temporary demand for an item, a temporary slip can be generated, and a transporter transports the specified item to a specified location within a specified time. Demand for temporary slips is more temporary than that for reservation slips. Therefore, the transport speed using temporary slips is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of the logistics system 100.

[0045] The transportation command unit 41 provided by this embodiment can handle both advance orders and temporary orders. In particular, the transportation command unit 41 can improve the overall transportation speed of temporary orders. Taking temporary orders as an example, a user's temporary order may simultaneously include a first type of item, a second type of item, and a third type of item. The temporary order may also include only the first type of item, only the second type of item, or other similar situations.

[0046] When a temporary slip created by a user simultaneously includes a first type of item, a second type of item, and a third type of item, the transport command unit 41 can determine the destination of the item based on the type of item. The transport command unit 41 then sends a transport command to a storage facility corresponding to the destination. Specifically, the temporary order is divided into multiple suborders. For example, the multiple suborders include at least a first suborder, a second suborder, and a third suborder. The first suborder is a suborder obtained by dividing the first type of item from the original order. Based on the first suborder, the server 4 then issues an initial transport command (or a third transport command) to a supplier of the first type of item (e.g., a transport company, manufacturer, distributor, or retailer) to transport the first type of item to a user using the first storage facility 1. Note that the first type of item may also be stored in the second storage facility 2, and the manager of the second storage facility 2 may act as the supplier of the first type of item. Similarly, the third storage facility 3 may also store the first type of goods, and the manager of the third storage facility 3 may act as a supplier of the first type of goods.

[0047] The second suborder is a suborder for a second type of item separated from the original order. The second suborder causes the transport command unit 41 to send a first transport command, which includes an instruction to transport the second type of item from the second storage facility 2 to a user using the first storage facility 1. In other words, if a certain quantity of the second type of item is included in the original order, the transport command unit 41 can send a first transport command to the second storage facility 2 to transport the quantity of the second type of item that matches the ordered quantity from the second storage facility 2 to the user using the first storage facility 1.

[0048] The third sub-order is a sub-order in which a third type of item is divided from the original order. Similarly, if a certain quantity of the third type of item is included in the original order by the user, the transportation command unit 41 can send a second transportation command to the third storage facility 3 to transport the third type of item in the quantity that matches the ordered quantity from the third storage facility 3 to the user using the first storage facility 1.

[0049] If a temporary order generated by a user includes only the first type of goods, and the first type of goods are stored in the second storage facility 2 or the third storage facility 3, the first type of goods can be delivered from the second storage facility 2 or the third storage facility 3 to the user using the first storage facility 1. Alternatively, the order may be placed directly with a manufacturer or distributor of the first type of goods, and the manufacturer or distributor of the first type of goods may be responsible for the transportation work to the user using the first storage facility 1.

[0050] Furthermore, if the temporary order from the user includes only the second type of item or only the third type of item, the transport command unit 41 selectively sends a transport command. Specifically, if the temporary order includes only the second type of item, a first transport command is generated based on information such as the type and quantity of the second type of item in the temporary order. The first transport command is then sent to the second storage facility 2, and a computer device or person in the second storage facility 2 arranges for the transport of the second type of item. If the temporary order includes only the third type of item, transport can be arranged in the same manner as in the above case.

[0051] In this embodiment, the order receiving units 21, 31, which communicate with the transport command unit 41, receive the user's order information and then arrange for transport. The corresponding items are then transported by a transporter and stored in the first storage facility 1, or delivered directly to the user. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first storage facility 1 is a vending machine installed near the user's location, for example, on the premises of a factory or near a factory.

[0052] Alternatively, the first storage location 1 may be an automated locker from which the recipient retrieves the items themselves. The shipping service provider places the items ordered by the user in one of the multiple storage compartments 10 of the automated locker. The shipping service provider then locks the storage compartment 10. The user is then authenticated using a dynamic password, identity authentication (e.g., image recognition or card recognition), or wireless communication. After authentication, the user unlocks the corresponding storage compartment 10 using an unlocking unit 12 and retrieves the items from the corresponding storage compartment. By installing automated lockers and linking them with the logistics system 100 described in this embodiment, the number of purchasing personnel required can be reduced. Furthermore, the purchasing needs of different users can be met without the need for purchasing personnel, and the workload of purchasing, payment, and other steps can be reduced.

[0053] FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an automated locker provided in this embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the automated locker includes an authentication device 11 and multiple storage compartments 10. The authentication device 11 includes an IC card reader and a camera, and can authenticate the identity of a user and determine the authority of sub-users through card reading or image recognition. Different storage compartments 10 store different types or quantities of first-type items. However, different storage compartments 10 may store the same types and quantities of first-type items. In some implementations, some storage compartments 10 may be used to temporarily store second-type or third-type items.

[0054] If the main user of the first storage facility 1 is a corporate user, the corporate user can open accounts for at least some of the employees (sub-users) who use the items. Each account has corresponding authority, and the accounts and corresponding authority are recorded in the user authority database DB4 of the server 4. Of course, the accounts and corresponding authority may also be stored in the automated lockers. Accounts with different authority have authority to receive different types or quantities of the first type of item. For example, an account with higher authority can receive more types or quantities of the first type of item. On the other hand, accounts with lower authority can receive relatively fewer types or quantities of items.

[0055] By setting different authorities, the logistics system 100 according to this embodiment can open the locker door of the corresponding storage compartment 10 according to the authority of the sub-user recognized by the authentication device 11. In particular, the storage compartment 10 whose locker door is opened may be a storage compartment 10 storing a corresponding type and quantity of a first type of item. For example, a department or employee with normal authority may receive eight boxes of masks every week, and a department or employee with high authority may receive ten boxes of masks every week. In this case, eight boxes of masks corresponding to normal authority are placed in one storage compartment 10, and ten boxes of masks corresponding to high authority are placed in one storage compartment 10.

[0056] When a department or employee with normal authority needs to receive masks, the storage compartment 10 containing 8 boxes of masks is opened. When a department or employee with higher authority needs to receive masks, the storage compartment 10 containing 10 boxes of masks is opened. In this way, each sub-user can obtain a reasonable amount of the first type of goods according to the preset rules, thereby improving the safety of obtaining the first type of goods and the rationality of distribution.

[0057] Additionally, in some embodiments, to facilitate easier handling by employees who are not skilled in using mobile terminals, the mobile terminal may be equipped with an ordering device 5 that allows sub-users to place orders directly on the ordering device 5 integrated into the mobile terminal.

[0058] In the logistics system 100 of this embodiment, a vending machine database DB, which is a database allocated to each vending machine, is stored in the server 4. Referring to Figure 5, the server 4 includes a vending machine database DB corresponding to each vending machine, as well as a first type of product database DB1, a second type of product database DB2, a third type of product database DB3, a user authority database DB4, and other databases.

[0059] 6, the first-type item database DB1 stores at least a list of types of items of the first type, which includes all types of items classified as the first type of item. Similarly, the second-type item database DB2 stores a list of types of items of the second type of item. Furthermore, the third-type item database DB3 stores a list of types of items of the third type of item. The first-type item database DB1, the second-type item database DB2, and the third-type item database DB3 are used to search for the type of item to which an item belongs based on its type.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 7 , user authority database DB4 is configured for the vending machine's self-retrieval function. Specifically, user authority database DB4 includes information on multiple sub-users of a user and permission settings corresponding to each sub-user. Each permission setting may include a method for setting the type, quantity, or total amount of items available for retrieval. Each sub-user with each permission may receive items up to a limit on the type of item, the retrieved quantity, or the total amount available for retrieval within a specified period, such as within one month. In some embodiments, user authority database DB4 may record the total amount of each item consumed by each sub-user for each type of item, and this information may be shared with the user by sending it to the user at the time of regular payment.

[0061] In this embodiment, the vending machine includes an inventory control module 14 (FIG. 3). The inventory control module 14 is used to monitor the vending machine's inventory of a first type of item and to send a delivery request when the inventory falls below a threshold. This preferred technique automatically delivers the first type of item when the inventory of the first type of item falls below the threshold, thereby maintaining the inventory of the first type of item above a reasonable level and ensuring an adequate supply of the first type of item.

[0062] In another embodiment, the inventory management module 14 can also periodically send a shipping request based on order information. For example, a shipping service provider can enter into a contract with a user in advance to determine information such as the time interval between shipments, the number of shipments, the type of goods in each shipment, and the shipping volume. Then, the service provider can periodically ship goods based on the predetermined rules. This allows the service provider to more easily arrange and provide periodic payment and shipping services.

[0063] Furthermore, one embodiment of the present invention provides a product processing method that uses command calculations from a computing device to determine product storage and distribution modes. This product processing method is executed by a cloud-based server 4, a user's terminal device, or a computing device used by a vending machine installed by the user. The product processing method provided by this embodiment adjusts the storage locations and transportation methods for different types of products by executing commands readable by the computing device. By using warehouses with different coverage areas, products with different usage frequencies can be stored, improving transportation efficiency and reducing warehouse safety risks.

[0064] Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in Figure 8, the item processing method includes the following steps S1 to S4. In the transport step S1 after the installation step S0, an initial transport command is issued. This initial transport command includes transporting a first type of item that corresponds to a first frequency of use and is to be supplied directly to a user to a first storage location 1. Specifically, the computing device that executes the item processing method, i.e., the server 4 in this embodiment, sends the initial transport command to a transport service provider or manufacturer of the first type of item. Then, an initial quantity of the first type of item is stored in the first storage location 1 so that it can be picked up by the user.

[0065] In the ordering step S2, the order information is received. Specifically, in the ordering step S2 of this embodiment, the server 4 receives the order information from the ordering device 5 or the user's terminal device. This order information can include different types of items.

[0066] The transport command step S3 selectively issues transport commands in response to the order information received in the ordering step S2. The transport commands include a first transport command and a second transport command. The first transport command includes an instruction to transport a second type of item corresponding to a second usage frequency lower than the first usage frequency from a second storage facility 2 different from the first storage facility 1 to a user who uses the first storage facility 1. The second transport command includes an instruction to transport a third type of item corresponding to a third usage frequency lower than the second usage frequency from a third storage facility 3 different from the first storage facility 1 and the second storage facility 2 to a user who uses the first storage facility 1.

[0067] Specifically, the order information received from the ordering device 5 in the ordering step S2 includes at least the type and quantity of the item. Also, different types of item type databases including a first type item database DB1, a second type item database DB2, and a third type item database DB3 are recorded in the memory 4a of the server 4. The first type item database DB1, the second type item database DB2, and the third type item database DB3 each include a list of the first type item, the second type item, and the third type item corresponding to the user, respectively.

[0068] The list may be different for each user and can be saved individually. Based on the type of goods, it can be determined by searching in the list to determine which type of goods the type of goods corresponds to, i.e., whether it is specifically a first type of goods, a second type of goods, or a third type of goods. Based on the determination of the type of goods, it can be determined which specific warehouse or seller will transport the goods of that type.

[0069] For example, if the determined type of item belongs to a first type of item, a corresponding transportation command may be generated and sent to a producer or seller of the first type of item, or to a transportation service provider selected by the producer or seller. If the determined type of item belongs to a second type of item, generation of a first transportation command can be selected. The first transportation command is for supplying the second type of item ordered by the user from the second storage facility 2 to a user using the first storage facility 1. The generated first transportation command is sent to the second storage facility 2 or displayed on the task list of transportation personnel at the second storage facility 2. If the determined type of item belongs to a third type of item, generation of a second transportation command can be selected. The second transportation command is for supplying the third type of item ordered by the user from the third storage facility 3 to a user using the first storage facility 1. The generated second transportation command is sent to the third storage facility 3 or displayed on the task list of transportation personnel at the third storage facility 3.

[0070] In this manner, items are classified according to their frequency of use and stored in different storage locations. The classification of items is then recorded in the server 4 or another information terminal (e.g., a computer terminal) to generate an initial transportation command based on preset user demand information or temporarily acquired user demand information. Based on the initial transportation command, the first storage location 1 directly distributes a first type of item that can be supplied directly to the user, so that the user can quickly and conveniently obtain items that are used more frequently. For example, if the user is a manufacturer with a factory, the first type of item, such as gloves or tape, is the most frequently used item. After the first storage location 1 distributes the items based on the initial transportation command, a large number of items, such as gloves or tape, can be pre-stored and continuously used during production in the factory without reordering. This improves work convenience.

[0071] By installing the second storage facility 2 and / or the third storage facility 3 to store the second and third types of items, it is possible to provide accurate transportation to users using the first storage facility 1 according to order demand. This allows for rapid transportation of frequently used items, improves the transportation speed of the second type of items that are used moderately, and reduces the accumulation of inventory of the third type of items that are used less frequently. For example, if the user is a manufacturer with a factory, hand tools are used less frequently and for a relatively long time compared to frequently used consumable items such as gloves. Therefore, if they can be ordered when needed, they will not occupy excess storage space. Note that the term "frequency of use" here implies that they are consumed through use, and to some extent, frequency of use can be considered the same as frequency of consumption.

[0072] A more detailed explanation will be given below with reference to FIG. 9 . FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of a transportation route from multiple storage facilities to one user. As shown in FIG. 9 , the coverage areas of the first, second, and third storage facilities are different. Among these storage facilities, the first storage facilities 1a and 1b are used to store frequently used items, which are supplied directly to user A via the first storage facility 1a or directly to user B via the first storage facility 1b based on an initial transportation command from the server 4 or a computer device. In addition, the second storage facility 2 and / or the third storage facility are used to store items with medium and / or low usage frequencies. Then, items are supplied to multiple users over a wide area by utilizing small-area warehouse transportation of frequently used items around the users. This expands the supply range of low- to medium-frequency items, thereby reducing storage costs.

[0073] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in Figure 8, the overall flow of the preferred item processing method further includes an installation step S0 of issuing an installation instruction to select and install a corresponding first storage facility 1 according to the size of the first type of item. The structure of the first storage facility 1 is adapted to match the size of the item. This increases the adaptability of the first storage facility 1 to different items so as to meet the storage needs for different first types of items under various circumstances. In particular, the inclusion of an installation step in the overall item processing method allows item providers to install storage facilities, and allows user companies to avoid unnecessary cost increases due to the installation of storage facilities.

[0074] For frequently used small industrial tool items (type 1 items), drawer-type, rotating, or storage-type storage units are generally used. Among them, storage-type storage units are more suitable for storing large-volume items that require a large storage space, but the number of items that can be stored is limited. Rotating storage units can store a large number of items, but are prone to damage during the process of moving the items. Drawer-type storage units are used to store items that do not need to be moved in appropriate quantities.

[0075] If the frequently used items ordered by user A are a number of gloves and dust-free cloths, each of which has a large volume, a storage cabinet of the type that can store large volumes of items more conveniently is adopted as the first storage cabinet 1 that covers the needs of user A. If the frequently used items ordered by user B are cutting tools or hand tools, which are small and easily damaged, a drawer-type storage cabinet that can store more items, use space more effectively, and protect the items from damage is adopted as the corresponding first storage cabinet 1.

[0076] After the first storage facility 1 is set up, a transportation step S1 is performed. Then, a first type of item corresponding to a first usage frequency is transported to a user who uses the first storage facility 1. The transportation step S1 can be performed by a manufacturer or seller of the first type of item, or a transportation service provider. Alternatively, the transportation step S1 can be performed by an operator of the logistics system 100, and there is no restriction on the performer. The first type of item for each order can be transported individually, or can be shipped in combination with items for other orders to save on transportation costs.

[0077] Then, the process proceeds to an ordering step S2, where the order information is received. Specifically, the server 4 receives the collected order information from the ordering device 5. The order information is collected and analyzed by the ordering device 5 of the first storage facility 1 or an ordering device 5 installed near the first storage facility 1. The order information includes information about the type of item the user needs, i.e., information about the frequency of use of the item. After receiving the item information, the ordering device 5 verifies the user's identity information and authentication information, and obtains the user's first-level order information and second-level screening information.

[0078] The first-level order information referred to here is preferably order information generated by the person actually performing the ordering operation. Furthermore, the second-level review information is preferably review information generated by another person with review authority reviewing the order information. The specific method by which the order information is sent to another person with review authority is not particularly limited. For example, an email reminder or a reminder method within a software system can be used for review by another person. Feedback information after review by another person is sent to the ordering device 5 to proceed to the next step. Naturally, the second-level review information may include information of agreement or disagreement. If disagreement information is received, the ordering device 5 returns to the original interface without proceeding to the next step.

[0079] In the ordering step S2, the source of the order information is made clearer, and the installation of an ordering device 5 facilitates communication between humans and machines. The type of item requested is determined, and the result is reflected in the order information. This makes the transportation work provided in the subsequent transportation command step S3 more convenient and accurate. Furthermore, the user's order information is compared with the user's personal authorization information, and the resulting review information is reflected in the order information linking the user and the item. This facilitates the collection and management of statistics and the management of storage information. Because the order information contains more item information, it is easier to find the required item in the transportation command step S3, and incorrect transportation is avoided.

[0080] Furthermore, the location of the order placing device 5 is not limited here. The order placing device 5 can be built into the first repository 1, and space can be saved by integrating the order placing device 5 with the first repository 1. Those skilled in the art will also understand that the order placing device 5 can be installed as an independent device in the first repository 1. Installing an independent device can create more space to realize more functions and further optimize the user experience.

[0081] For example, the ordering device 5 may be an authentication device 11 that is installed in or near the first storage facility 1. It can order items using a variety of methods, such as using a camera installed on top of the authentication device 11. The camera scans the items and automatically reads out the required items based on the scanned information to generate image information. When a user places an order, they click to confirm the parameters of the item information displayed based on the scanned information, which greatly improves productivity.

[0082] After the order information is generated, it is determined whether the order information is abnormal or not according to the first level order information and second level review information of the order information generated in the order step S2. If the order information is abnormal, the warning step S2a is entered, warning information is included in the order information, and order exclusion information is sent to the user.

[0083] Among these, the warning information includes any one or a combination of an abnormality in the identification information, an abnormality in the first level order information, and an abnormality in the second level review information. Specifically, the warning information includes, but is not limited to, information indicating a situation in which the user ID and the order information do not match, a situation in which the user does not have authority to use the storage facility, a situation in which the user does not have authority to order the ordered item, and a situation in which the quantity of the ordered item exceeds the maximum storage capacity of the first storage facility 1. The warning information may also be a combination of multiple situations.

[0084] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that other anomalies in identification information, other anomalies in first-level order information, and other anomalies in second-level screening information are also applicable to the present invention, such as when the number of orders placed by a user exceeds a threshold set by the user's authorization.

[0085] In this embodiment, by configuring the warning step S2a, a circular chain including order acquisition, screening, warning, and feedback to the user is established so that warehouse management forms a complete closed loop. This is advantageous for strengthening warehouse management and improving transportation accuracy. Furthermore, warnings are issued for abnormal items in the user identification information, user order information, and second-level screening information to prevent situations where unauthorized users use the system or the number of items used by a user exceeds the authorized usage limit. Furthermore, management of the number of items in the storage facility and the user's usage status can be strengthened.

[0086] After the order information is generated, if it is determined that the order information is normal, the transport command step S3 is executed. Then, a transport command is issued in accordance with the order information received in the ordering step S2. This transport command includes transport instructions for a second type of item and / or a third type of item that are different from the first type of item. Then, the items are transported from the second storage facility 2 and / or the third storage facility 3 to the location of the first storage facility 1. Of course, the transport command may also include transport instructions for the first type of item.

[0087] After the goods are transported from the second storage facility 2 and / or the third storage facility 3, a receiving step S4 is executed, the goods shipping information is received, and the goods data is updated. Specifically, the total number of goods stored in the first storage facility 1 is timely counted and updated, and the receiving information is fed back.

[0088] The provision of the receiving step S4 facilitates timely feedback of the replenishment status of the first storage facility 1 and timely updating of the product information. This improves the reliability of the replenishment process, avoids incorrect shipments, and allows the product information to be updated in a timely manner, thereby strengthening the control and management of the storage quantity. More specifically, the updating of the product information includes checking it against the order information. If any discrepancies are found between the updated new product information and the order information, they are presented to the user or the product supplier.

[0089] Preferably, the time difference between the transportation command step S3 and the receiving step S4 is changed according to the transportation command. That is, the time taken to transport items from different storage locations (the second storage location 2 or the third storage location 3) to the user using the first storage location 1 is varied. Specifically, the time difference between the transportation command step S3 and the receiving step S4 is the time from the transportation command issued in the transportation command step S3 to the delivery information for the received items issued in the receiving step S4. Factors that have a decisive effect on the time difference are the distance between the location of the second storage location 2 or the third storage location 3 and the first storage location 1, and the transportation method. In addition, the transportation command can be adjusted by adding other factors, such as weather information, as parameters to the calculation function.

[0090] Specifically, when the transportation command issued in the transportation command step S3 indicates the transportation of an item from the second storage facility 2 to the location of the first storage facility 1, the time difference between the transportation command step S3 and the receiving step S4 is four hours or less. Also, when the transportation command issued in the transportation command step S3 indicates the transportation of an item from the third storage facility 3 to the location of the first storage facility 1, the time difference between the transportation command step S3 and the receiving step S4 is 24 hours or less. Setting a time difference is a preferred technique, so that the second storage facility 2 is used for transportation and the time it takes for the item to arrive at the user is four hours or less from the time of ordering. This achieves "four-hour coverage" and significantly improves the user experience.

[0091] The specific method for achieving a time of four hours or less is not particularly limited, but it is possible to input parameters such as distance, transportation method, and weather information into a function, and then adjust the information in the transportation command, such as the transportation method and item retrieval time, based on the calculation results. In this embodiment, different transportation commands are used to limit the time required to transport items with different usage frequencies from different storage locations to users using the first storage location 1. This also limits the range of user demand covered by the third storage location 3 and the second storage location 2 to some extent, ensuring transportation time and supply efficiency.

[0092] In this embodiment, the maximum transportation time from the second storage facility 2 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed and the maximum transportation time from the third storage facility 3 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed are limited. However, the absolute distance between the two storage facilities is not limited. In FIG. 10 , when supplying goods to user C, the transportation distance D3 from the third storage facility 3 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed is shorter than the transportation distance D2 from the second storage facility 2 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed. Similarly, the transportation time from the third storage facility 3 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed is shorter than the transportation time from the second storage facility 2 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed. Alternatively, the transportation distance from the third storage facility 3 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed may be the same as the transportation distance from the second storage facility 2 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed.

[0093] Those skilled in the art will understand that the transportation time for the third type of item from the third storage facility 3 to the user using the first storage facility 1 is longer than the transportation time for the second type of item from the second storage facility 2 to the user using the first storage facility 1. For example, if the transportation time from the second storage facility 2 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed is four hours or less, and the transportation time from the third storage facility 3 to the location where the first storage facility 1 is installed is 24 hours or less, the relationship with other transportation times does not exceed the scope of protection of the present invention. In this embodiment, order information is received and a transportation command is sent in the ordering step S2. As a result, if subsequent order information associated with the first storage facility 1 is not received within a certain period of time after receiving the order information, a transportation command is issued.

[0094] In this embodiment, the condition for issuing a transport command in the transport command step S3 after receiving order information is limited to the condition that subsequent order information is not received within a certain time period. This prevents a situation in which a second order requesting transport is received within a short time period after receiving order information and transport is initiated immediately based on the immediately following transport command. Note that the subsequent order information here includes order information for the same item as the immediately preceding order, and order information for a different item but with the same transport destination (e.g., the location of the first storage facility 1). Therefore, even if the items are in separate situations, they can be transported together.

[0095] As a variant, the required items associated with the order information may be added to a purchase list. If the price of the items corresponding to the purchase list is greater than a preset price threshold, a transport command is issued. In this variant, orders that reach a certain amount are centrally supplied based on the preset amount. This can efficiently improve supply efficiency. Preferably, in the transport command step S3, the transport command further includes a third transport command. The third transport command includes a list of the first type of items to be transported to the first storage facility 1 or the first type of items to be transported to the user.

[0096] In this embodiment, when there is a shortage of the first type of goods at the first storage facility 1, goods can be transported in a timely manner to a user who uses the first storage facility 1. In this method, even if a basic contract is concluded in advance with a user, the first type of goods can be stored in another storage facility as part of the contract. Then, when the first type of goods is consumed occasionally, they can be transported quickly and flexibly using goods stored in the other storage facility.

[0097] More preferably, the transportation command step S3 includes the following prediction step: in this prediction step, it is determined which items will belong to the first type of item within a certain period of time thereafter based on at least the current transaction records of the first repository 1 or the current log information of the user corresponding to the first repository 1. As an example, the prediction step is performed by the processor 4b functioning as the classification means.

[0098] In this embodiment, the current transaction records of the first repository 1 can effectively reflect the user's past transaction habits, and the user's current log information corresponding to the first repository 1 can effectively reflect the types of goods the user will need in the future. This method can more accurately predict the first type of goods that will be frequently used. This can more accurately predict the types of goods of the first type of goods, and goods that better meet the user's actual needs can be stored in the first repository 1.

[0099] More preferably, the prediction step includes a modeling step and a model application step. The modeling step provides a user project model and a prediction model having different stages. Each stage of the project model has its own item type belonging to a first type of item. The model application step applies the prediction model to current transaction records or current log information to determine the current project stage and the deadline for the project stage. In the transportation order step S3, if the current time is beyond the deadline for the current project stage, a third transportation order is issued. Then, the first type of item in the third transportation order is determined based on the type of item belonging to the first type of the next project stage.

[0100] In this embodiment, the item processing method predicts the user's ongoing project and the current project stage. Then, when entering the next project stage, the item types in the first repository 1 are updated in a timely manner. This makes it possible to meet the user's actual demand, which continuously changes according to the ongoing project. Note that this embodiment specifically clarifies a method for predicting the design items of machinery and equipment, preferably using machine learning. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art will understand that other methods for predicting the frequency of use of items are also applicable to the present invention.

[0101] Note that data collected in at least one of the first storage facility 1, the second storage facility 2, and the third storage facility 3 may be used in generating a prediction model using machine learning. For example, in each first storage facility 1, data on the frequency of use of each item by users is collected, transmitted to the server 4, and used in generating the prediction model. Furthermore, the storable quantity of items in each first storage facility 1 may be classified as a first type of item in descending order of frequency of use, and the classification data may be transmitted to the server 4. These data will be different for each first storage facility 1.

[0102] Furthermore, data on the frequency of use of each item is collected for multiple first storage locations 1 within the area covered by the second storage location 2, transmitted to the server 4, and used to generate a prediction model. The amounts of use at the multiple first storage locations 1 may also be added together, and items with a medium frequency of use may be classified as a second type of item, and the classification data may be transmitted to the server 4. In this case, an item that is used frequently in some first storage locations 1 but infrequently in other first storage locations 1 may be classified as a second type of item. These data will differ for each second storage location 2.

[0103] Furthermore, data on the frequency of use of each item is collected for a plurality of first storage facilities 1 within the area covered by the second storage facility 2 within the area covered by the third storage facility 3, transmitted to the server 4, and used to generate a prediction model. The usage amounts at the plurality of first storage facilities 1 may also be added together, and items with low usage frequencies may be classified as a third type of item, and the classification data may be transmitted to the server 4. In this case, items that are transported to the first storage facilities 1 with a high frequency in some second storage facilities 2, but are transported to the first storage facilities 1 with a low frequency in other second storage facilities 2, may be classified as the third type of item. These data will differ for each third storage facility 3.

[0104] Preferably, the transportation command step S3 also includes the following prediction step: in this prediction step, based on at least the current transaction records of the first repository 1, calculate the allocation amounts of each first type of item to different repository locations within a certain future period. In this embodiment, the current transaction records of the first repository 1 can effectively reflect the past transaction habits of users. If the current transaction records show that the actual consumption amounts of some first types of items are relatively large and deviate from the expected consumption amounts, the allocation amounts to different repository locations can be adjusted promptly and in a timely manner, taking into account the logistics speed and the space utilization rate of the repository locations.

[0105] The prediction step of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to a specific application scenario.

[0106] [Application Scenario 1] In this application scenario, the user's order information is "Order 50 pairs of gloves and 60 rolls of tape." However, in the user's current transaction record, the user ordered 50 pairs of "gloves" and 60 rolls of "tape" in the previous quarter, but only used 50 rolls of "gloves" and 20 rolls of "tape." Based on the above data, the prediction step can calculate the appropriate storage amounts, i.e., distribution amounts, of "gloves" and "tape" in different storage facilities within a certain period (e.g., a quarter).

[0107] For example, it can be predicted that the usage of the type of item "gloves" will be larger in the next stage, so more "gloves" can be sent as the first type of item to the first storage facility 1. Furthermore, the quantity of "tape" in the first storage facility 1 can be adjusted, and the quantity of "tape" in the order information can be stored in the second storage facility 2 or the third storage facility 3 and transported as needed.

[0108] [Application Scenario 2] In this application scenario, the user's order information is "Order 40 gas masks." However, in the user's current transaction record, the user has also ordered a type of item called "filter elements" in addition to an order for a type of item called "gas masks." Therefore, if the type of item called "gas masks" is determined to be the first type of item in the user's next project stage, when entering the next project stage, the "filter elements," which are related to the "gas masks," are also determined to be the first type of item, and the two related items are transported as a set to the first storage facility 1.

[0109] [Application Scenario 3] The design department begins design work after the demand for machinery and equipment becomes clear. First, the design department creates an overall design and a main structure design, and then constantly modifies and optimizes them until they meet the requirements of structure review, cost review, and appearance review. Next, the overall structure, detailed structure, and auxiliary structure are designed, the basic functions of the machinery and equipment are realized, and functional evaluation is passed. Next, trial production of the machinery and equipment is carried out, and productivity and product feasibility evaluations are performed on the prototype production process and functional implementation. After design acceptance, mass production is realized. In this application scenario, a data model corresponding to each design item is constructed, and the user's current design stage is obtained by comparing the constructed data model with user information, so that the user's future product usage frequency information can be predicted.

[0110] For example, in this embodiment, a modeling step is first performed to provide a user's project model and forecast model having different stages, where each stage of the project model has its own product type belonging to a first type of product. Specifically, in the modeling step, the model may be an existing production project model and forecast model, or a project model and forecast model constructed based on a machine learning technique according to user information.

[0111] Among these, the method of modeling based on machine learning can more accurately adapt to the user's actual production situation. Specifically, in this application scenario, a modeling step is performed to collect information on a mechanical equipment design project in actual production. The mechanical equipment design project process is then divided into pre-design, mid-stage, and late-stage stages. Specific item information for different mechanical equipment can be obtained from project information disclosed by different users. Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that other methods for obtaining item information for mechanical equipment can also be similarly applied to the present invention.

[0112] Then, a feature analysis step is performed. Because there is a certain degree of uncertainty in the development period of non-standard mechanical equipment, the related process is divided into days. Specifically, the dates of the early design period, the mid-design period, and the late design period are each marked with a label. In addition, before the start of design, three days divided from the total number of days in the design cycle are selected as non-design dates and labeled. After determining the label corresponding to a certain date, the characterization work is performed using the user data, log data, and order data for the current date and the date slightly before the current date.

[0113] Some embodiments of the present invention provide a method for replenishing stockrooms. The method is applied to the replenishing process of a first stockroom 1, a second stockroom 2, and a third stockroom 3. The method includes the following steps: applying a prediction model to stockroom information, user information, and product information including consumption history to predict future product consumption; and determining replenishment information based on the future product consumption and the product inventory.

[0114] Among these, the storage facility information may include the storage facility number, size, capacity, and usage information. The user information may include one or more of the user's information source, business scope, floor, number of people on the floor, floor number, floor level, and work cycle. The product information may be basic product information, such as the product name, type, model number, price, and other information, or may be multi-level classification information of the type to which the product belongs, or may be the product's main data.

[0115] The product information includes product consumption / sales information, and the consumption / sales information includes corresponding product consumption / sales amounts at different times, such as daily or weekly recorded product consumption / sales amounts, which are data that change dynamically over time. The replenishment information can include, but is not limited to, replenishment frequency, temporary order frequency, replenishment time, shelf time, replenishment amount, and other information.

[0116] In some embodiments, the predictive model can be established and trained by the following method: constructing a feature matrix based on one or more of storehouse information, user information, and product information including consumption history and product inventory, where the feature matrix reflects the quantity of each product over time, and then training the predictive model based on the feature matrix and the static features of each product that do not change over time to obtain the predictive model.

[0117] Model training algorithms include, but are not limited to, long short-term memory networks, LightGBM algorithms, and XgBoost algorithms. In some embodiments, future consumption can be compared to actual consumption for error calculation. The error calculation can use root mean square error or a custom metric based on root mean square error. The custom metric reflects asymmetric risk in sales forecasting. Asymmetric risk means that the risk of forecast data being smaller than actual data is higher than the risk of forecast data being larger than actual data.

[0118] By constructing a custom indicator as described above, the occurrence of shortages of goods in inventory can be further reduced, inventory safety can be ensured, and the user experience can be improved. In some embodiments, consumption / sales information of goods may be used to provide the predicted future consumption amount for the predicted week, for example, by calculating the average, maximum, or minimum value of the historical period prior to the prediction period. For example, the prediction may be based on the consumption / sales amount for the n weeks prior to the predicted week, the average consumption / sales amount for the n weeks prior to the predicted week, whether a consumption record occurred in the n weeks prior to the predicted week, and whether a consumption record occurred in the n weeks prior to the predicted week. The average weekly value or the number of consumptions for the n weeks prior to the predicted week is used to provide the predicted amount of future consumption for the predicted week.

[0119] In this application scenario, the predictive model is then preferably trained using the Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) algorithm. LightGBM is a distributed gradient boosting framework based on a decision tree algorithm that can be used for machine learning tasks such as classification and regression. It can speed up the training of predictive models without sacrificing accuracy, and is also very advantageous when features are sparse.

[0120] Furthermore, the training and selection of predictive models are performed using a method that combines simple cross-validation and K-fold cross-validation. Specifically, a dataset is divided into training data and test data at a certain ratio, the training data is used to train and validate the model, and the test data is used to perform a final evaluation of the learning method. Furthermore, the training data is randomly divided into several sub-datasets of the same size that do not intersect with each other, and some of the sub-datasets are used to train the model, while the other sub-datasets are used to validate the model. After multiple iterations, the model with the highest accuracy is selected, or the models are merged to obtain the final predictive model.

[0121] Next, a model application step is performed to apply the predictive model obtained in the modeling step to the current transaction record or current log information. Then, the current user's project stage and the deadline for the current project stage are determined based on the current user information. If the deadline for the current project stage has passed, i.e., if the current project stage has ended and the next project stage has begun, a third transportation order is issued in a transportation order step S3. Then, the first type of item in the next project stage based on the predictive model is transported to the user using the first storage facility 1, or a list of the first type of item is provided to the user.

[0122] For example, according to the project model generated by the modeling step, the user's project is divided into three stages, namely, an early stage, a middle stage, and a late stage, depending on the progress time of the project. Here, the first type of goods corresponding to the three stages are "gloves," "masks," and "tape." In this case, the user's current transaction record and current project information are obtained from the log information, and the current project information is compared with the project model to determine that the user is currently in the middle stage of the project. That is, the current first type of goods is "masks." Here, during the middle stage, the "masks" are transported to the first repository 1. If the comparison determines that the user is not in the middle stage but in the late stage, the first type of goods is adjusted to "tape," and the "tape" is transported to the first repository 1 to provide timely delivery according to the user's actual needs.

[0123] [Inventory Trial Calculation Method] In addition, to ensure that the user's service level is not affected between two shipments, the storage amount of the goods to be stored in the first storage facility 1 may be calculated according to the actual capacity or storage capacity of the first storage facility 1. As an example, the theoretical storage amount is calculated based on the user's actual usage performance, the transportation cycle, and the product variation coefficient (variation coefficient). For example, the calculation includes, but is not limited to, the following aspects:

[0124] In a first aspect, information related to the first storage facility 1, such as the storage space of the first storage facility 1 and the maximum storage capacity of a single compartment, is acquired. Also, a user acquisition record for a certain period of time in the past is acquired. This user acquisition record includes, but is not limited to, the number of users who receive items, the frequency of receipt, the number of receipts, and information identifying the person in charge of receiving. However, this information is the main information. After the information acquisition is completed, auxiliary information such as the distance between multiple first storage facilities 1 and the special conditions of each user is acquired.

[0125] After the information acquisition is completed, the first level of logical calculation is performed and the calculation results are recorded. Specifically, according to the user's request data, the user's average weekly demand quantity, weekly maximum demand quantity, weekly standard deviation (standard deviation), coefficient of variation (coefficient of variation), and other related information are calculated, and the safety factor for each item is set. Furthermore, in combination with the current transportation frequency, the storage quantity of each item at the first level is calculated, and the calculation results are recorded.

[0126] Then, the calculation result is compared with the space of the first storage 1. If the space is filled with the calculated amount of goods, a trial calculation logic is used to set the storage amount of the first storage 1 according to the calculation result. On the other hand, if the space is not filled with the calculated amount of goods, a follow-up response is performed.

[0127] In a second embodiment, if there is insufficient space in the first repository 1, multiple amounts are used, i.e., new minimum amounts are added based on the existing minimum amounts to fit the calculation results. The following description focuses on, but is not limited to, additional minimum amounts.

[0128] Using the user's order data (or purchase request data), detailed information such as the time of order and the orderer is assigned to the user's order quantity for each order, and this is recorded as the unit order quantity. Over a certain period of time, the most frequent mode for each unit order quantity becomes the minimum quantity to be newly added. If this matches the current minimum quantity, the second mode is selected. The adopted new and additional minimum quantities are then recorded. The theoretical minimum quantity to be added is compared with the actual maximum quantity that can be placed in the storage compartment of the first repository 1. The smaller value is then selected as the final minimum quantity to be added.

[0129] The above are combined to obtain two minimum required quantities corresponding to each item. Then, the number of occurrences of unit required quantities within the current transportation frequency period is combined to assign two minimum replenishment bin numbers. Specifically, the number of final additional minimum quantities included in the required unit is greater than the newly added minimum required quantity. Then, the number of requests occurring within the transportation frequency period is used as the number of bins for the newly added minimum required quantity. After that, the storage quantity is predicted according to the above trial calculation logic, and the calculated storage quantity is assigned to a bin number.

[0130] After the allocation of the compartment number, it is compared with the space in the first storage 1. If the space is filled with items, the calculated storage amount, the two minimum required amounts, and the corresponding compartment number are used; if not, further adjustments are made.

[0131] In a third embodiment, if the minimum amount is not met by the above-mentioned embodiment, the safety factor is readjusted according to the coefficient of variation of the product, but is not limited to this.

[0132] Specifically, a safety factor is set based on fixing two minimum required quantities. A larger coefficient of variation results in a larger safety factor, while a smaller coefficient of variation results in a smaller safety factor. Based on the premise of filling the space in the first storage facility 1, the maximum inventory is set as the target, and the overall safety factor is adjusted up or down until the maximum inventory is reached. At this point, the inventory for each item is determined. This adjustment is recorded as the second-level adjustment result.

[0133] In summary, the overall inventory calculation includes, but is not limited to, the solutions mentioned above. All aspects are interrelated and can be achieved by one or a combination of two aspects. The goal is always to improve the efficiency of user usage and the level of customer service. At the same time, the frequency of transportation can be reduced.

[0134] In the above examples of this specification, each step is numbered S1 to S4, but this numbering is for convenience of explanation and does not limit the order in which each step is performed. Also, in this embodiment, the memory 4a is a computer-readable non-transitory storage medium and may include non-volatile memory such as a read-only memory (ROM), a programmable read-only memory (PROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), a flash memory, or any other device that can store program instructions or data with or without power applied.

[0135] Additionally, memory 4a may include volatile memory such as random access memory (RAM), static random access memory (SRAM), dynamic random access memory (DRAM), and synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM). Additionally, memory 4a may be implemented using other types of RAM.

[0136] Memory 4a may be implemented using a single memory module or multiple memory modules, and although memory 4a is illustrated as part of the computing device, those skilled in the art will recognize that memory 4a may be separate from the computing device without departing from the scope of the present invention.

[0137] The processor 4b may be a general-purpose processor, a processor core, a multiprocessor, a relocatable processor, a microcontroller, a digital signal processor (DSP), an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a graphics processing unit (GPU), a field programmable gate array (FPGA), a programmable logic device (PLD), a controller, a state machine, gate logic, a discrete hardware component, or any other processing unit, and a combination of one or more of these processors.

[0138] The computing device may also be a general computing system, an embedded controller, a portable computing device, a server, a mobile device, a smart phone, an in-vehicle information system, one or more processors associated with a monitor, a custom machine, other hardware platform, or a combination of these computing devices. Additionally, the computing device may be configured as a distributed system formed by multiple computing devices interconnected via a network data or bus system.

[0139] Among the above-mentioned embodiments, the description of each embodiment focuses on its respective features, and for parts not described in detail in one embodiment, reference may be made to the relevant descriptions of other embodiments. Furthermore, the technical solutions of different embodiments may be combined with each other. Such combined solutions still fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. The present invention also includes inventions modified within the scope of the present invention and inventions equivalent to the present invention.

[0140] Some or all of the above embodiments can also be described as follows, but are not limited to the following.

[0141] The item processing method includes a transportation step of issuing an initial transportation command to transport a first type of item corresponding to a first usage frequency to a first storage facility that can directly supply the item to a user, an ordering step of receiving order information, and a transportation command step of receiving the order information via the ordering step and selectively issuing a transportation command, the transportation command including a first transportation command and a second transfer command, the first transportation command including a transportation instruction to transport a second type of item corresponding to a second usage frequency lower than the first usage frequency from a second storage facility different from the first storage facility to the first storage facility, and the second transportation command including a transportation instruction to transport a third type of item corresponding to a third usage frequency lower than the second usage frequency from a third storage facility different from the first storage facility and the second storage facility to the first storage facility.

[0142] The logistics system includes a first storage facility that stores at least a first type of item corresponding to a first frequency of use and can supply the first type of item directly to users, a second storage facility that stores at least a second type of item corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use, a third storage facility that stores at least a third type of item corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use, an ordering device that accepts ordering information for the items, and a transport command unit that selectively issues transport commands in response to receiving the order information from the ordering device, the transport commands including a first transport command and a second transport command, the first transport command including an instruction to transport the second type of item from the second storage facility to the first storage facility, and the second transport command including an instruction to transport the third type of item from the third storage facility to the first storage facility.

[0143] This allows items to be classified according to their frequency of use and stored in various storage locations. An initial transportation command is generated in a server or other information terminal based on preset user demand information or temporarily acquired user demand information. Based on the initial transportation command, a first type of item to be directly supplied to the user is supplied to the first storage location. Second and / or third storage locations are then established to store second and / or third types of items. This allows users to quickly and conveniently receive the first type of item, which is used more frequently. In addition, frequently used items are quickly transported to the first storage location in response to order demand. Furthermore, the transportation speed of the second type of item, which is used moderately, can be increased, further reducing the accumulation of inventory of the third type of item, which is used less frequently.

[0144] Preferably, the distance between the third repository and the first repository is greater than the distance between the second repository and the first repository.

[0145] Preferably, the article processing method further includes an installation step of issuing an installation command and selecting and installing a corresponding first storage location according to the size of the first type of article.

[0146] This allows a first storage facility having a structure or size corresponding to the size of the item to be selected and installed. This improves the adaptability of the first storage facility to different items and can meet the storage needs of different first types of items under various circumstances. In particular, the fact that the installation process is included in the entire system means that the item provider can install the storage facility, and user companies can avoid unnecessary increases in costs due to the installation of the storage facility.

[0147] Preferably, in the ordering step of the item processing method of the present invention, the ordering information is specifically ordering information of an ordering device built into the first storage facility or installed near the first storage facility, and the ordering information includes item type information.

[0148] This makes the source of the order information in the article processing method of the present invention clearer, and the addition of an ordering device facilitates human-machine interaction. Also, by determining the type information of the target article and reflecting the result in the order information, the work method provided in the subsequent transportation command step becomes more convenient and accurate.

[0149] Preferably, in the article processing method of the present invention, the order information includes second-level screening information in addition to first-level order information of the user.

[0150] This allows the order information to reflect the user's order information and screening information, linking the screening information to the user and the product, making it easier to compile statistics and manage storage / replenishment information. Furthermore, even if the user's order information is invalid or unnecessary, the screening function can be used to restrict it. If the screening information is included, the next transportation operation can be initiated, preventing the user from making an inappropriate purchase.

[0151] Preferably, the order information received in the ordering step includes image information of the desired item.

[0152] This allows the image information to enrich the product information in the order information, reducing the difficulty of searching for the product and preventing erroneous shipments to a certain extent. In particular, the product can be scanned by the first storage facility or by an ordering device installed near the first storage facility. This allows the product image information to be directly provided to the server, and the ordering process can then be completed through further identification. This makes ordering very convenient and fast, greatly improving the user experience.

[0153] Preferably, the method further includes an alarm step after the ordering step, and if alarm information is included in the order information, order abnormality information is sent to the user.

[0154] This allows adding an alarm step after the ordering step, establishing a circular chain of order acquisition, review, alarm, and feedback to the user. This is advantageous for further strengthening warehouse management and improving transportation accuracy. In particular, if some of the user's employees place a large number of incorrect orders, the alarm information can be used to notify the user, facilitating internal investigation and improving production efficiency.

[0155] Preferably, the warning information includes any one of an abnormality in the identification information, an abnormality in the first level order information, and an abnormality in the second level screening information.

[0156] This system can prevent situations where an external user uses internal information without permission or where a user uses an item beyond the authorized usage limit or usage quantity by issuing an alarm for abnormal items in the user identification information, user order information, or second-level screening information, thereby further strengthening the management of item removal from the storage facility.

[0157] Preferably, the article processing method of the present invention further comprises a receiving step of receiving article delivery information and updating article data.

[0158] This increases the number of receiving steps, allowing for timely feedback of the replenishment status of the first storage facility and timely updates to product information, thereby improving the reliability of the transportation process and strengthening the control and management of warehouse quantities through timely updates to inventory information.

[0159] Preferably, the time difference between the transport command step and the receiving step in this article processing method is changed appropriately according to the transport command.

[0160] Thus, different transport orders result in different times for transporting items from different storage locations to the user using the first storage location. For example, the time required for transport from the second storage location to the user using the first storage location (preferably within 4 hours) varies depending on parameters such as distance. The transport orders can be adjusted based on parameters such as distance to create different time differences.

[0161] Preferably, in the transportation command step, order information is received through the ordering step, and a transportation command is issued, and if subsequent order information associated with the first storage location is not received within a certain time period after the order information is received, the transportation command is issued.

[0162] According to this, the condition from receiving the order information to issuing the order information in the transportation command step is limited to not receiving subsequent order information for a certain period of time, which makes it possible to avoid a situation where two transportations are required in a short period of time because a transportation command is issued immediately after receiving the order information and a subsequent order is placed.

[0163] In the transportation command step, the command in response to the order information received from the ordering step includes adding the necessary items related to the order information to a reservation list. The command also includes issuing a transportation command if the price of the items corresponding to the purchase list is equal to or greater than a preset price threshold. This effectively improves supply efficiency by setting a price in advance and concentrating orders that reach a certain amount.

[0164] Preferably, when the transport command issued in the transport command step is for transport from the second storage location to the location of the first storage location, the time difference between the transport command step and the transport step is 4 hours or less, and when the transport command issued in the transport command step is for transport from the third storage location to the location of the first storage location, the time difference is 24 hours or less.

[0165] This can limit the time required to transport items with different transport orders, i.e., items with different usage frequencies from different storage locations, to the location of the first storage location, thereby limiting the range of users covered by the third storage location and the second storage location to some extent, thereby guaranteeing the transport time and improving the transport efficiency at the same time.

[0166] Preferably, in the transport command step, issuing a transport command in response to receiving the order information from the ordering step includes calculating the item in the order information and the related item information according to a predetermined function, and issuing a transport command to simultaneously transport the item in the order information and the related item if a predetermined condition is met.

[0167] This allows for further improvement in supply efficiency by predicting subsequent correlated item losses through data correlation.

[0168] Preferably, in the transport command step, the transport command also includes a third transport command, which includes a list of items to be transported or provided to a user using the first storage facility.

[0169] This allows the first type of goods to be transported to a user who uses the first storage facility when there is a shortage of the first type of goods at the first storage facility. Also, even if a contract is concluded in advance with a user, some of the first type of goods under the contract can be stored at another storage facility and can be transported quickly from the other storage facility.

[0170] Preferably, the transportation command step includes a prediction step, in which the prediction step determines which items will belong to the first type of item within a certain period of time thereafter based on at least the current transaction records of the first storage facility or the current log information of a user corresponding to the first storage facility.

[0171] Therefore, the current transaction records in the first repository can effectively reflect the user's past transaction habits, and the user's current log information corresponding to the first repository can effectively reflect the user's future transaction types. This allows for accurate prediction of the first type of item with the first frequency of use. Furthermore, the first type of item can be flexibly adjusted to better meet the user's actual needs through the types of items stored in the first repository.

[0172] Preferably, the prediction step includes a modeling step and a model application step, in which the modeling step provides a project model and a prediction model having different stages, each stage of the project model having its own type of item belonging to a first type of item, and in the model application step, a third transportation order is issued when the deadline of the current project stage is exceeded, and the first type of item in the third transportation order is determined based on the first type of item in the next project stage.

[0173] Thus, the material processing method predicts the user's project and the project stage the user is currently in, and when entering the next project stage, updates the material types in the first repository in a timely manner to meet the actual demand that continuously changes according to the user's project.

[0174] Preferably, the forecasting step includes a modeling step and a model application step, in which the modeling step provides a project model and a forecasting model having different stages, each stage of the project model having a unique product type belonging to a first type of product, and the model application step determines a current project stage and a deadline for the current project stage based on current transaction records or current log information.

[0175] Preferably, in the transport step, updating the product information includes matching the updated new product information with the order information.

[0176] Preferably, the transportation command step includes a prediction step of calculating, based on current transaction records of at least the first, second, or third storage locations, the distribution amounts of the first type of goods, the second type of goods, or the third type of goods at different storage locations within a certain period of time.

[0177] Therefore, the current transaction records of the first repository can effectively reflect the past transaction habits of users, and when the current transaction records show that the actual consumption of some of the first commodities is relatively large and deviates from the expected consumption, the allocation amounts of different repository can be adjusted quickly and in a timely manner, thereby improving both the logistics speed and the space utilization rate of the repository.

[0178] Preferably, the first repository is a vending machine located at or near the user's location.

[0179] This allows users to retrieve items themselves, reducing the footprint of the storage facility and allowing users to conveniently and quickly receive items, while also saving on labor costs associated with having to assign a separate storage facility manager.

[0180] Preferably, the first storage facility includes an authentication device and multiple storage compartments, the user includes multiple sub-users, the logistics system records the respective authority of each sub-user, and the first storage facility opens the door of the corresponding storage facility based on the authority of the sub-user recognized by the authentication device.

[0181] This allows sub-users, such as company employees, to order at least the first type of goods (e.g., commonly used consumables) within their authority and have them consolidated and settled by the logistics system, thereby simplifying the flow of ordering and settlement and improving the operational efficiency of the logistics system.

[0182] Preferably, the authority corresponds to the type and quantity of a first type of item that the sub-user can receive, and the first storage facility opens the door to a storage compartment containing the corresponding type and quantity of the first type of item in accordance with the sub-user's authority recognized by the authentication device.

[0183] This allows each sub-user to obtain a reasonable amount of the first type of item in accordance with the pre-set rules, improving the safety of the first type of item and the rationality of distribution.

[0184] Preferably, the first storage location further includes an inventory control module that monitors the inventory of the first type of item at the first storage location and dispatches a transportation request when the inventory is below a threshold.

[0185] In this way, when the inventory of the first type of goods falls below a threshold, the first type of goods is automatically transported, thereby always maintaining the inventory of the first type of goods at a reasonable level or above and ensuring a sufficient supply of the first type of goods.

[0186] In a preferred embodiment, the first storage location further includes an inventory management module that periodically transmits a shipping request based on the order information.

[0187] This allows goods to be transported on a regular basis based on predefined rules, making payment arrangements and transportation more convenient.

[0188] Preferably, the server comprises a processor and a memory having stored thereon instructions readable by the processor when the processor executes the article processing method, and a computer-readable medium having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the processor of a computing device, cause the computing device to execute the article processing method.

A logistics management device as described in claim 4 or 5, wherein the acquisition means acquires a transportation request from the first storage facility, and the transportation command means transmits a third transportation command including information identifying the first type of item to a supplier of the first type of item in response to the transportation request.

7. A logistics management device as described in any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the transport command means adds items associated with the order information to a purchase list, and transmits the first transport command or the second transport command when the total amount of the items added to the purchase list exceeds a preset amount threshold.

8. A logistics management device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first storage location is a vending machine.

9. A logistics management device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the transportation time of the third type of item is longer than the transportation time of the second type of item.

10. A logistics management device as described in any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising: a memory for storing item data indicating the quantity of items stored at the first storage facility; and an update means for updating the item data when the acquisition means acquires item delivery information from the first storage facility.

11. A control method for a logistics management device that manages a logistics system that uses a first storage facility that stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the item, a second storage facility that stores a second type of item to be transported to each of the users who use the multiple first storage facilities, and a third storage facility that stores a third type of item to be transported to each of the users who use the multiple first storage facilities to which each of the multiple second storage facilities corresponds, the control method for a logistics management device comprising: obtaining the frequency of use of the items by each user; and, based on the frequency of use of multiple users belonging to a transport target area set for the third storage facility, classifying the items corresponding to the first frequency of use as the first type of item, classifying the items corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use as the second type of item, and classifying the items corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use as the third type of item.

12. A control program for a logistics management device that manages a logistics system that uses a first storage facility that stores a first type of item received by a user who uses the item, a second storage facility that stores a second type of item to be transported to each of the users who use the multiple first storage facilities, and a third storage facility that stores a third type of item to be transported to each of the users who use the multiple first storage facilities to which each of the multiple second storage facilities corresponds, the control program for the logistics management device causing a processor of the logistics management device to function as: an acquisition means that acquires the frequency of use of the item by each user; and a classification means that, based on the frequency of use of multiple users belonging to a transport target area set for the third storage facility, classifies the item corresponding to the first frequency of use as the first type of item, classifies the item corresponding to a second frequency of use lower than the first frequency of use as the second type of item, and classifies the item corresponding to a third frequency of use lower than the second frequency of use as the third type of item.
