Abstract

The invention relates to a catadioptric optical film, arranged on the surface of a substrate, comprising a reflective film and a matte film. The reflective film is arranged in the effective optical path region of the substrate and comprises a reflective metal film and a reflective oxide film. The reflective oxide film comprises a first reflective oxide film and a second reflective oxide film. The reflective metal film is located further from the substrate than the first reflective oxide film. The second reflective oxide film is located further from the substrate than the reflective metal film. The matte film is arranged in the ineffective optical path region of the substrate. The matte film comprises a dark film and a first anti-reflective film. The dark film comprises a dark metal film and a dark oxide film. The dark film is located further from the substrate than the first anti-reflective film.
