Description

Method, terminal device and network device for transmitting information TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communications, and more particularly, to a method, a terminal device and a network device for transmitting information. BACKGROUND

[0002] In a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, the time domain position of a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) is completely fixed, at the beginning of each 1ms subframe (up to 3 symbols). The Synchronization Signal (SS) and the Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH) of an LTE FDD are located in different slots of a subframe. In a New Radio (NR) system, due to the introduction of a multi-beam technology in a high frequency band, i.e., a network device sends signals of multiple beams in a time division manner, only some beams send signals in each time unit to concentrate energy and expand coverage. According to the current research of NR, the SS and the PBCH are transmitted in an SS block by each beam, and the SS block is located in the central part of the system bandwidth. The existing NR scheme has a low network resource utilization rate.

[0003] SUMMARY

[0005] In a first aspect, a method for transmitting information is provided, which includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first synchronization signal block and a first physical downlink control channel sent by a network device in a first time slot or a first mini-slot, the first time slot or the first mini-slot including N symbols, the first synchronization signal block occupying M consecutive symbols in the first time slot or the first mini-slot, the first synchronization signal block including a synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel, M and N are positive integers, and M≤N.

[0006] Optionally, the terminal device can also receive the first synchronization signal block and the first physical downlink control channel in a subframe or other time domain scheduling unit. And one time domain scheduling unit can include multiple subcarriers or the entire system bandwidth in the frequency domain.

[0007] In the NR system, one synchronization signal block adopts one beam. Different synchronization signal blocks adopt different beams.

Further, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application can be applied to a multi-carrier transmission system using non-orthogonal multiple access technology, such as an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system using non-orthogonal multiple access technology, a filter bank multi-carrier (FBMC) system, a generalized frequency division multiplexing (GFDM) system, a filtered-OFDM (F-OFDM) system, and the like.

[0069] The terminal device in the embodiments of the present application can refer to a user equipment (UE), an access terminal, a user unit, a user station, a mobile station, a mobile station, a remote station, a remote terminal, a mobile device, a user terminal, a terminal, a wireless communication device, a user agent or a user apparatus. The access terminal can be a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a session initiation protocol (SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a handheld device with wireless communication function, a computing device or other processing device connected to a wireless modem, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, a terminal device in a future 5G network or a terminal device in a future evolved public land mobile network (PLMN), and the like. The embodiments of the present application are not limited.

[0070] The network device in the embodiments of the present application can be a device for communicating with a terminal device. The network device can be a base station (Base Transceiver Station, BTS) in GSM or CDMA, a base station (NodeB, NB) in a WCDMA system, an evolved base station (eNB or eNodeB) in an LTE system, a wireless controller in a cloud radio access network (Cloud Radio Access Network, CRAN) scenario, or the network device can be a relay station, an access point, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, a network device in a future 5G network, or a network device in a future evolved PLMN network, and the like. The embodiments of the present application are not limited.

[0071] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the embodiments of the present application. The communication system in FIG. 1 can include a terminal device 10 and a network device 20. The network device 20 is configured to provide a communication service for the terminal device 10 and access a core network. The terminal device 10 accesses the network by searching for a synchronization signal, a broadcast signal, and the like transmitted by the network device 20, and thus performs communication with the network. The arrows shown in FIG. 1 can represent uplink / downlink transmission through a cellular link between the terminal device 10 and the network device 20.

[0072] In the LTE system, the time domain position of the physical downlink control channel PDCCH is completely fixed, and is located at the beginning of each 1ms subframe (up to 3 symbols). The synchronization signal SS of the LTE FDD is located at the tail of the first slot of a subframe, and the physical broadcast channel PBCH is located at the head of the second slot of the subframe. The primary synchronization signal (PSS) and the secondary synchronization signal (SSS) of the LTE TDD are located in different slots and different subframes, and are located at the tail of the slot and the third symbol of the slot, respectively. The physical broadcast channel PBCH is also located at the head of the slot.

[0073] In the 5G system, it is required to support data transmission at a high frequency band (with a center frequency above 6 GHz, typically such as 28 GHz) to meet the requirement of the transmission rate of the 5G. In the data transmission at the high frequency band, the Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology is required to be used to achieve a higher transmission rate. The use of the MIMO technology at the high frequency band requires high radio frequency devices of the antenna, and the hardware cost (such as an Analog / Digital (A / D) and a Digital / Analog (D / A) converter) of the antenna is greatly increased. In order to reduce the cost, a hybrid beamforming manner is usually used at the high frequency band to reduce the number of transceiver units. Due to the use of a large number of antennas of the antenna array, a narrower and more directional beam can be generated, and the signal is only transmitted on some beams in each time unit, so that the energy can be concentrated and the coverage can be expanded.

[0074] For the convenience of understanding, the basic communication process between the terminal device and the network device is described briefly. Specifically, after the terminal device is powered on, the terminal device receives a primary synchronization signal (PSS) and a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) at several center frequency points of possible cells to obtain frame synchronization, and then the terminal device can read a PBCH. The system information such as a system bandwidth, a Physical Hybrid ARQ Indicator Channel (PHICH) resource, a number of antennas or a system frame number can be obtained from the PBCH. The terminal device can also carry some other information from the system message, and reside and use various services provided by the network device. If the network device has downlink data to be sent to a certain terminal device, the network device first sends a downlink control channel to the terminal device, mainly to inform the terminal device that the Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) allocated for the downlink data is arranged at which position of the resource grid, and then the network device sends the PDSCH to the terminal device at the position allocated for the terminal device.

[0075] FIG. 2 shows a schematic block diagram of a method 100 of transmitting information according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 2, the method 100 includes:

[0076] S110, the terminal device receives a first synchronization signal block and a first physical downlink control channel sent by the network device in a first time slot or a first mini-slot, the first time slot or the first mini-slot includes N symbols, the first synchronization signal block occupies M consecutive symbols in the first time slot or the first mini-slot, and the first synchronization signal block includes a synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel, M and N are positive integers, and M≤N.

[0077] It should be noted that, first, the first time slot or the first mini-slot is a time domain scheduling unit, which can also be a subframe or a unit of other lengths. One time domain scheduling unit can include multiple symbols in the time domain, multiple subcarriers in the frequency domain, or the entire system bandwidth. Second, in the NR system, the SS and PBCH of each beam are transmitted in an SS block, and multiple beam SS blocks are combined into an SS burst. In other words, different synchronization signal blocks use different beams.

[0078] Specifically, a part of resources in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block can be configured to transmit the physical downlink control channel. As described above, in the LTE system, the physical downlink control channel is in the first few symbols of a subframe, while the synchronization signal and the PBCH are in different time slots, and the frequency domain is located in the central 72 subcarriers of the system bandwidth. In the NR system, the time domain scheduling unit is no longer a subframe, but can be a time slot or a mini-slot, and the bandwidth of the system will be larger. If the configuration mode of the time domain scheduling unit in the LTE system is still used, the other positions in the frequency domain in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal are wasted. If a part of resources in the time domain scheduling unit in which the synchronization signal block is transmitted are configured to transmit the downlink control channel, the resource utilization can be improved, the transmission time of each beam can be shortened, the transmission delay can be reduced, and more beam quantities can be accommodated, thereby improving the capacity and coverage of the communication system.

[0079] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the method 100 can further include:

[0080] S120, the terminal device distinguishes which network device according to the first synchronization signal block or implements synchronization with the network device, etc. The terminal device can also schedule the physical downlink data channel corresponding to the first physical downlink control channel according to the first physical downlink control channel.

[0081] Optionally, if there are other resources in the first time slot or the first mini-slot that are not configured, the other resources can be used to transmit the physical downlink data channel. In this way, the transmission resources of the data channel under the beam can be expanded, that is, if the data quantity is not large, a new time slot or a mini-slot does not need to be allocated to the terminal device under the beam. At the same time, the transmission time of one beam can be shortened, and more beam quantities can be accommodated in a unit of time, thereby improving the capacity and coverage of the communication system.

[0082] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the symbols occupied by the first physical downlink control channel at least partially overlap the symbols occupied by the first synchronization signal block, and the frequency domain resources occupied by the first physical downlink control channel do not overlap the frequency domain resources occupied by the first synchronization signal block.

[0083] Further, the first synchronization signal block occupies the 1st to Mth symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot, and the first physical downlink control channel occupies the 1st to Pth symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot, the first physical downlink control channel is located on at least one side of the bandwidth of the first synchronization signal block in the frequency domain, P is a positive integer, and P≤M.

[0084] Optionally, the first synchronization signal block and the first physical downlink control channel can be partially overlapped or completely overlapped in the time domain. For example, the first synchronization signal block occupies the first M symbols, the first physical downlink control channel is located on one side of the bandwidth of the first synchronization signal block and also occupies the first M symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot, or can occupy the first P symbols, and P≥M.

[0085] Configuring the first synchronization signal block to be transmitted in the first few symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot can enable the terminal to read the downlink control channel and system information of the current slot as soon as the cell search is completed, thereby shortening the time for the terminal to access the network and saving power consumption during the terminal network access process.

[0086] Optionally, the first physical downlink control channel can be configured on the middle several consecutive symbols or the latter several consecutive symbols of the first slot and the second mini-slot, as long as there is overlap in the time domain and no overlap in the frequency domain with the first synchronization signal block.

[0087] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the symbols occupied by the first physical downlink control channel and the symbols occupied by the first synchronization signal block are not overlapped.

[0088] Further, the first synchronization signal block occupies the N-M+1th to Nth symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot, and the first physical downlink control channel occupies the 1st to Pth symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot, P is a positive integer, and P≤(N-M).

[0089] Optionally, the first synchronization signal block and the first physical downlink control channel can be overlapped or not overlapped in the frequency domain. In the embodiment of the present application, as long as the first synchronization signal block and the first physical downlink control channel are not overlapped in the time domain, specifically, the first synchronization signal block can be configured in the center of the system bandwidth of the first slot or the first mini-slot and occupy the latter several symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot. Similarly, the first physical downlink control channel can be configured in the center of the system bandwidth of the first slot or the first mini-slot and occupy the first several symbols of the first slot or the first mini-slot.

[0090] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: receiving, by the terminal device, a second physical downlink control channel transmitted by the network device in a second time slot or a second micro time slot, the second time slot or the second micro time slot not including a synchronization signal block, and the position of the second physical downlink control channel in the second time slot or the second micro time slot being the same as the position of the first physical downlink control channel in the first time slot or the first micro time slot.

[0091] For the terminal device, one terminal can correspond to one beam. If the amount of downlink data to be transmitted by the network device to the terminal device is large, the physical downlink data channel can be transmitted in the time slot or micro time slot including the synchronization signal block, or the physical downlink data channel can be transmitted in the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block. It should be understood that the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block, i.e., the second time slot or the second micro time slot described above, can also not include the physical downlink control channel, and all resources can be used for transmitting the physical downlink data channel. The positions of the physical downlink control channels in the first time slot or the first micro time slot and the second time slot or the second micro time slot are configured to be the same, which maintains the simple structure of the control channel, avoids additional signaling for configuring the position of the control channel, reduces the signaling overhead, and simplifies the complexity of the terminal and the network device.

[0092] Specifically, the first physical downlink control channel and the second physical downlink control channel can be respectively configured in the first few symbols of the first time slot or the first micro time slot and the second time slot or the second micro time slot, for example, the first 3 symbols.

[0093] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: receiving, by the terminal device, a second physical downlink control channel transmitted by the network device in a second time slot or a second micro time slot, the second time slot or the second micro time slot not including a synchronization signal block, and the position of the second physical downlink control channel in the second time slot or the second micro time slot being the same as the position of the first physical downlink control channel in the first time slot or the first micro time slot.

[0094] It should be understood that the network device will generally transmit resource information indicating the downlink control channel common search space to the terminal device through the PBCH or the system message.

[0095] Further, if the positions of the physical downlink control channels in the first time slot or the first mini-slot and the second time slot or the second mini-slot are different, the network device sends first indication information and second indication information to the terminal device, where the first indication information indicates the position of the first physical downlink control channel in the first time slot or the first mini-slot, and the second indication information indicates the position of the second physical downlink control channel in the second time slot or the second mini-slot; and the terminal device determines the positions of the first physical downlink control channel in the first time slot or the first mini-slot and the second physical downlink control channel in the second time slot or the second mini-slot according to the first indication information and the second indication information.

[0096] The first indication information and the second indication information can be carried in one message or sent separately.

[0097] Optionally, in the embodiments of the present application, the first physical downlink control channel is used to schedule at least one of the following physical downlink data channels: a physical downlink data channel in the first time slot or the first mini-slot, a physical downlink data channel in at least one time slot or mini-slot after the first time slot or the first mini-slot, and a physical downlink data channel in at least one time slot or mini-slot before the first time slot or the first mini-slot.

[0098] That is, the physical downlink control channel in a time slot or a mini-slot can schedule a physical downlink data channel in the time slot or the mini-slot, or a physical downlink data channel in another time slot or another mini-slot. The other time slot or the other mini-slot can be one or more time slots or one or more mini-slots before the time slot or the mini-slot, or one or more time slots or one or more mini-slots after the time slot or the mini-slot.

[0099] Specifically, if the first physical downlink control channel schedules a physical downlink data channel in a time slot or a mini-slot before the first time slot or the first mini-slot, the data can be obtained in the following manner:

[0100] The terminal device receives third indication information, where the third indication information indicates the positions of the physical downlink data channels that can be scheduled by the first physical downlink control channel in the at least one time slot or the at least one mini-slot; the terminal device buffers data carried on the physical downlink data channels that can be scheduled by the first physical downlink control channel in the at least one time slot or the at least one mini-slot according to the indication information; and the terminal device obtains data corresponding to the first physical downlink control channel from the data carried on the physical downlink data channels that can be scheduled by the first physical downlink control channel in the at least one time slot or the at least one mini-slot buffered by the terminal device according to the first physical downlink control channel.

[0101] Optionally, the third indication information can be carried in radio resource control (RRC) signaling, that is, the position of the physical downlink data channel capable of being scheduled by the first physical downlink control channel in the at least one slot or mini-slot can be configured in a static manner, and the network device can also not send the third indication information, but directly adopt a protocol agreed manner. For example, it is agreed in the protocol that the physical downlink data channel in the preceding slot or mini-slot capable of being scheduled by the physical downlink control channel in the first slot or first mini-slot includes the last two symbols of the slot or mini-slot, so that the terminal device can first buffer the data on the two symbols, and when the terminal device receives the first physical downlink data channel, it can be known that the physical downlink data channel scheduled by the first physical downlink control channel is located in the slot or mini-slot preceding the first slot or first mini-slot, and the data corresponding to the first physical downlink control channel can be obtained from the buffered data.

[0102] Optionally, in the embodiment of the application, the method further includes: the terminal device receives, in a third slot or a third mini-slot, a second synchronization signal block and a third physical downlink control channel sent by the network device, the second synchronization signal block includes a synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel, and the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block are different.

[0103] Optionally, in the embodiment of the application, the first slot or the first mini-slot and the third slot or the third mini-slot are continuously scheduled by the network device.

[0104] Specifically, the terminal device can first continuously receive several slots or mini-slots including synchronization signal blocks, and then continuously receive slots or mini-slots corresponding to the synchronization signal blocks and not including the synchronization signal blocks. Different synchronization signal blocks correspond to different beams. In other words, all slots or mini-slots including synchronization signal blocks are continuously transmitted. The terminal device can continuously receive the synchronization signal blocks, thereby saving terminal power consumption.

[0105] Optionally, slots or mini-slots including synchronization signal blocks corresponding to the same beam and slots or mini-slots not including synchronization signal blocks are continuously transmitted, and all slots or mini-slots including synchronization signal blocks can not be continuously transmitted.

[0106] The structure of the three specific time domain scheduling units of the embodiment of the application will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 12.

[0107] The first structure is that the synchronization signal block occupies all symbols of the time domain scheduling unit.

[0108] Embodiment one: as shown in FIG. 3, the synchronization signal block is transmitted in a micro time slot equal in length to the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH and PDSCH are transmitted in the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupy the frequency domain resources on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block or on both sides. In this embodiment, the micro time slots containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are first transmitted continuously, and then the micro time slots or time slots not containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are transmitted. The same beam can have both time domain scheduling units including the synchronization signal block and time domain scheduling units not including the synchronization signal block.

[0109] It should be understood that embodiment one is an example in which the synchronization signal block occupies the center of the system bandwidth in FIG. 3, and the time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block is an example in which the PDCCH occupies the first several symbols of the time domain scheduling unit. The PDCCH in each time domain scheduling unit can also occupy the middle continuous symbols or the last several continuous symbols in the time domain scheduling unit. The time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block can be used only to transmit data, which is scheduled by the physical downlink control channel in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block of the same beam.

[0110] The advantage of this embodiment one is that the terminal can read the downlink control channel and system information of the current time slot as soon as the cell search is completed, the synchronization signal block is transmitted continuously, the time for the terminal device to search for the synchronization signal and read the PBCH can be shortened, the power consumption of the terminal is saved, and the time-frequency resources not including the synchronization signal block can be flexibly allocated.

[0111] Embodiment two: as shown in FIG. 4, the synchronization signal block is transmitted in a micro time slot equal in length to the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH and PDSCH are transmitted in the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupy the frequency domain resources on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block or on both sides. The difference from embodiment one is that the micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of each beam are not transmitted continuously, and the micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of a certain beam are transmitted continuously with the micro time slots not including the synchronization signal block.

[0112] It should be understood that embodiment two is an example in which the synchronization signal block occupies the center of the system bandwidth in FIG. 4, and the time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block is an example in which the PDCCH occupies the first several symbols of the time domain scheduling unit.

[0113] The embodiment two has the advantages that the terminal reads the downlink control channel and the system information of the current time slot immediately after completing the cell search, the terminal access network speed is faster, the number of beam switching is less, and the operation complexity of the terminal device and the network device can be reduced.

[0114] The second structure is that the synchronization signal block occupies the head of the time domain scheduling unit.

[0115] Embodiment three: as shown in FIG. 5, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the head of a time slot or a micro time slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted at the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupies the frequency domain resource on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block or on both sides. In this embodiment, the time slots or micro time slots of each beam containing the synchronization signal block are continuously transmitted first, and then the time slots or micro time slots of each beam not containing the synchronization signal block are transmitted. The same beam can have both the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block and the time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block.

[0116] It should be understood that the embodiment three is described by taking the example that the synchronization signal block occupies the center of the system bandwidth in FIG. 5, and the time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block occupies the first several symbols of the PDCCH. The PDCCH in each time domain scheduling unit can also occupy the middle continuous symbols or the last several continuous symbols in the time domain scheduling unit. As long as the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH overlap in the time domain in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block. The time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block can be used only for transmitting data, which is scheduled by the physical downlink control channel in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block of the same beam.

[0117] The embodiment three has the advantages that the terminal can read the downlink control channel and the system information of the current time slot immediately after completing the cell search, the terminal access network time can be shortened, the power consumption in the terminal access network process can be saved, the time slot or micro time slot including the synchronization signal block has more data transmission resources, and in many cases, the flexible resource allocation can be realized without using the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block.

[0118] Embodiment four: as shown in FIG. 6, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the head of a time slot or a micro time slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted at the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupies the frequency domain resource on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block or on both sides. The difference between the embodiment four and the embodiment three is that the time slots or micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of each beam are continuously transmitted, and the time slots or micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of a certain beam are not continuously transmitted with the time slots or micro time slots not including the synchronization signal block.

[0119] It should be understood that the embodiment four is an example of taking the central part of the system bandwidth occupied by the synchronization signal block in FIG. 6, and the time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block is an example of taking the first several symbols of the time domain scheduling unit occupied by the PDCCH. The time domain scheduling unit not including the synchronization signal block can be used only for transmitting data, and the physical downlink control channel in the time domain scheduling unit including the synchronization signal block of the same beam is scheduled.

[0120] The advantage of this embodiment four is that the terminal reads the downlink control channel and system information of the current time slot as soon as the cell search is completed, the terminal access speed is faster, the time slot or micro time slot including the synchronization signal block has more resources for transmitting data, in many cases, a more flexible resource allocation can be achieved without using the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block, and the number of beam switching is less, which can reduce the operation complexity of the terminal device and the network device.

[0121] Embodiment five: as shown in FIG. 7, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the head of a time slot or micro time slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted in the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupies the frequency domain resources on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block, or on both sides. The PDCCH in the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block occupies the first several symbols in the time domain scheduling unit. The PDCCH in the time slot or micro time slot including the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH in the time slot or micro time slot not including the synchronization signal block can schedule the PDSCH in the current time slot or micro time slot, can schedule the PDSCH after the current time slot or micro time slot, and can schedule the PDSCH before the current time slot or micro time slot. The time slots or micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of each beam are continuously transmitted, and the time slots or micro time slots including the synchronization signal block of a certain beam are not continuously transmitted with the time slots or micro time slots not including the synchronization signal block.

[0122] The PDCCH can schedule the PDSCH in other time domain scheduling units before the current time domain scheduling unit. The other time domain scheduling units can be time domain scheduling units including the synchronization signal block, or time domain scheduling units not including the synchronization signal block. This can be achieved in the following ways:

[0123] The network device sends first indication information to notify the terminal device that there may be a scheduled PDSCH located in the time domain scheduling unit before the PDCCH. The first indication information is transmitted by semi-static message, such as RRC signaling. The first indication information is used to indicate the position information of the scheduled PDSCH in the time domain scheduling unit before the PDCCH. The network device sends second indication information through the PDCCH to indicate that the scheduled PDSCH is located in the time domain scheduling unit before the PDCCH.

[0124] It should be understood that the network device can also not send the first indication information to the terminal device, but directly use the protocol specified manner, that is, when the network device schedules the time domain scheduling unit before the PDCCH, the terminal device directly exchanges the data carried on the PDSCH in the time domain scheduling unit specified by the protocol, and when the terminal device receives the PDCCH sent by the network device, the terminal device can know to obtain the data corresponding to the PDCCH from the buffered data.

[0125] This embodiment five further improves the flexibility of resource scheduling. The PDCCH can not only schedule the resources of the current slot or mini-slot and the slot or mini-slot after it, but also schedule part of the resources of the slot or mini-slot before it. In this way, the PDSCH transmission resources of the beam can be expanded without allocating new slots or mini-slots for the beam.

[0126] Embodiment six: as shown in FIG. 8, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the head of a slot or mini-slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted in the symbol where the synchronization signal block is located, and occupies the frequency domain resources on both sides of the bandwidth of the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH can be located on one side of the synchronization signal block or on both sides. The PDCCH in the slot or mini-slot excluding the synchronization signal block occupies the first few symbols in the time domain scheduling unit. The PDCCH in the slot or mini-slot including the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH in the slot or mini-slot excluding the synchronization signal block can schedule the PDSCH in the current slot or mini-slot, can schedule the PDSCH after the current slot or mini-slot, and can schedule the PDSCH before the current slot or mini-slot. The slots or mini-slots including the synchronization signal block of each beam are discontinuously transmitted, and the slots or mini-slots including the synchronization signal block of a certain beam are continuously transmitted with the slots or mini-slots excluding the synchronization signal block.

[0127] Similarly, this embodiment six further improves the flexibility of resource scheduling.

[0128] The third structure is that the synchronization signal block is located at the tail of the time domain scheduling unit.

[0129] Embodiment seven: As shown in FIG. 9, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the tail of a time slot or a mini-slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted at the head of the time slot or the mini-slot, and the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH occupy different symbols. In this embodiment, the time slots or the mini-slots containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are continuously transmitted first, and then the time slots or the mini-slots not containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are transmitted.

[0130] It should be understood that the positions of the PDCCH in the time domain scheduling unit containing the synchronization signal block and the time domain scheduling unit not containing the synchronization signal block can be the same or different, and the embodiment is described by taking the same as an example. Some extensions of the above embodiments are also applicable to this embodiment, and for the sake of brevity, they will not be described here.

[0131] The advantage of this embodiment seven is that the PDCCH and the synchronization signal block are transmitted in different symbols, the frequency domain resource of the PDCCH is not affected by the synchronization signal, and the PDCCH can adopt the same structure in the time slot or the mini-slot containing the synchronization signal block and the time slot or the mini-slot not containing the synchronization signal block, thereby simplifying the complexity of the network device and the terminal device and saving signaling overhead.

[0132] Embodiment eight: As shown in FIG. 10, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the tail of a time slot or a mini-slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted at the head of the time slot or the mini-slot, and the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH occupy different symbols. The difference from embodiment seven is that the time slots or the mini-slots containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are not continuously transmitted, and the time slot or the mini-slot containing the synchronization signal block of a certain beam is continuously transmitted with the time slot or the mini-slot not containing the synchronization signal block.

[0133] The advantage of this embodiment eight is that the number of beam switching is less, and the PDCCH can adopt the same structure in the time slot or the mini-slot containing the synchronization signal block and the time slot or the mini-slot not containing the synchronization signal block, thereby simplifying the complexity of the network device and the terminal device and saving signaling overhead.

[0134] Embodiment nine: As shown in FIG. 11, the synchronization signal block is transmitted at the tail of a time slot or a mini-slot longer than the synchronization signal block, the PDCCH is transmitted at the head of the time slot or the mini-slot, and the synchronization signal block and the PDCCH occupy different symbols. In this embodiment, the time slots or the mini-slots containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are continuously transmitted first, and then the time slots or the mini-slots not containing the synchronization signal block of each beam are transmitted. The PDCCH in the time slot or the mini-slot not containing the synchronization signal block can schedule the PDSCH in the time slot or the mini-slot, can schedule the PDSCH after the time slot or the mini-slot, or can schedule the PDSCH before the time slot or the mini-slot.

[0135] The embodiment further improves the flexibility of resource scheduling relative to the embodiment seven. The PDCCH can schedule resources of the current time slot or micro time slot and the time slot or micro time slot after it, and also schedule part of the resource of the time slot or micro time slot before it. In this way, the PDSCH transmission resource of the beam can be expanded without allocating a new time slot or micro time slot for the beam.

[0136] The embodiment ten is shown in FIG. 12. The synchronization signal block is transmitted at the tail of a time slot or micro time slot longer than the synchronization signal block, and the PDCCH is transmitted at the head of the time slot or micro time slot. The synchronization signal block and the PDCCH occupy different symbols. The difference from the embodiment nine is that the time slot or micro time slot containing the synchronization signal block of each beam is discontinuously transmitted. The time slot or micro time slot containing the synchronization signal block of a certain beam is continuously transmitted with the time slot or micro time slot not containing the synchronization signal block. The PDCCH in the time slot or micro time slot containing the synchronization signal block can schedule the PDSCH in the current time slot or micro time slot, the PDSCH after the current time slot or micro time slot, and the PDSCH before the current time slot or micro time slot.

[0137] The embodiment further improves the flexibility of resource scheduling relative to the embodiment eight.
