PROCESS FOR ACTIVATING RARE EARTH ORES USED AS ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVES AND ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVES CONTAINING THIS ALKALINE MINERAL POWDER

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of rare earths and animal husbandry, specifically to a process of alkali-activating rare earth ores to produce dry alkaline mineral powder and animal feed containing this dry alkaline mineral powder. The purpose of the invention is to remove toxins and heavy metals, improve the purity of rare earths in the form of dry alkaline mineral powder, increase the resistance of livestock, and support the treatment of diseases in livestock containing this dry alkaline mineral powder. The process according to the invention includes the following sequential steps: enriching rare earth ore, heat treatment of enriched rare earth ore, fine grinding of rare earth ore, biological heat treatment of rare earth ore, addition of alkaline medicinal powder, alkali homogenization of the solid suspension, filtration and decantation of the product, draining of the solid suspension, and drying of the alkaline mineral powder. In addition, the invention also relates to an animal feed formulation containing: dry alkaline mineral powder, alkaline medicinal powder, and finely ground natural calcium powder.
